Hey I am new here in the forum but have a great deal of experience with Hydrogen research.

I have built 100 AMP 48 V PWM Controls for Closed cell brute force AMPS Electrolysis.

How where the dimensions for the 3D parts arrived at Best Guess from Picture or Measurements from Stan's work?

I would Like to render a version in Autocad Inventer with dimensional drawings for manufacture. I am out of work and have a lot of CAD experience in manufacturing. Check out some of my YOUTUBE Vids AllgoodAutomation.
I have stopped posting there in recent years because of what happened to Bob Boyce.
I would like to contribute to this effort if I am not too Late.

What has been done recently?
 Thanks

guys,

here is the work Chris has done.

i believe the only part we are missing is the base. i don't think we got it done. please use as reference these should be correct:

Thanks for posting guys and carrying on the work! once your drawings are done i will post on the website for downloading.

attached is an unfinished set ( i think) of drawings ( i think the one base is not done or at least not dimensioned???) that should be all correct to the dimensions of the original cell.

have a look and re post if all correct please.

Sorry it took so long to respond...

Hi Thomas, if you browse the 3d printer section there are 3d renderings that can be downloaded you could convert to cad
here
http://www.open-source-energy.org/?fid=48

One thing I would like to see is the aluminum enclosure for the vic coil, so I can have them made on CNC mills. Thanks :D:P

Several parts need putting in cad , for global productions to
be started this is a very good this to assit with for every one.

if you do do them please

PLease post in cnc file formats  on this age
to get production happening.

Simple ones are the most treasured

1 vic housing
2 the gas processor (air ionizer body and cover and cap
3 the gas junction box (s)
4 end cap cover for injector

I don't know who the guy is in the photo, all the other photos except the last two and Ed cells at the top is the work of Adam Trethowen. I have been working close with Adam and I know those photo's are his. Maybe he just got the name wrong. Dan needs to do a better job on  getting his sources right so the right people gets credit for there work. As you can see Adam does amazing work and it a pleasure to help him get his cells up and running.

Daniel,

if you want to support him or anybody else you really have to obey the fact that best support for all those persons you are referring to is making correct source references. looking at your posts and advertisements makes the impression that you are the one (and only) supplier of all those products you are referring to. source references are lacking all over the place.

if those persons are invisible they won´t make it and then you won´t have something to sell ...

that´s not correct and may be copyright infringement in some countries.

would be more transparent if you include the original links instead of uploading copies of the pics so that the user can easily  follow the link.

just some hints for posts improvements ...

Noted , I can't promote here it has to be done in the sales thread. Here is open source news for each thread work  ,
Post items for sale in sales section, I am just sharing as I find things.
Links and things could be seen in wrong way if for another forum etc. I post links a plenty also in threads
when I think suitable, if I am not sure I allow you to simply email me or call and ask easy and straight no smoke no mirrors.
Conversations on skype email and phone are daily at my place.

Lets Advance others clearly are it is all about sharing and seeing and learning your not alone , some people get shocked by that
but it does them good..

Post more share more, world is plenty big and demand for anything is plenty big  demand outstrips supply.
Send me an email what you want to advance on, what product you want to promote any packaging or
just chat to discuss directions on how to make it more successful

What project you want to be part of ect.
We have sub dealers builders and installers now unfortunately many are in other forums So I want to see RWG advance so I share here what ever is in public domain , We want more brands more products to promote to clients
and get money to builders more and more every one is learning how to make it happen together . it is hard work but it is happening.

Here is the Open source rebuild and share area, for 11 cell

I am actively sharing and putting information in we need many more people do same and get things shared here on this build
and tips and parts sources and suppliers.

For the 11 Cell

these pictures  are very import as it shows product is getting to replicators and builders faster they are starting at higher levels
and people are advancing in every country.

It put Stans Patents back on the front line and advances the industry to pay attention ,  to wet cells

Nasa Said Wet cell work better under high pressures compared to dry cell 2000-3000 psi so I take that as many
it is worth while pursing stans wet cell  tech. http://youtu.be/2_Fn96LRW3g

I hope every one picks up the pace on the home builds and offerings to join in making a Stanley Meyer wet Cell a valid option
on the market for solar home hydrogen making  stations.

I am simply a strong supporter for builders and industry as a business person just like any auto shop is of a parts supplier,
I do promotions events training and distribution and share every thing I can openly.

We all need to work together , as together some thing will happen and  it is not hope less
THE HYDROGEN INDUSTRY HAS STARTED

11 CELL

Lets  focus on the 11 Cell Build above
and what we can do to offer parts in faster ways from many builders the world instead of holding back stuff on shelves and in boxes.

We needs 1000's of 11 cell builders to build every part  cheaper so others can get it and join in teaching about their experiences on it.
The parts supply Model is well proven Car parts all over the world use that model now.  1 part made here 1 part made there all goes to assembly line. if you want to wait and see thats ok too

If you have a part ready than promote them. if not support those above who are pushing the impossible to occur.

Everyone needs support for something , to get their production done  faster
Post what you need and what you doing for others to help.

10+10 + 10 is 40 ,11 cells I know of that have been done.

more coming Builders can make money from supplying others parts for  the 11 cells for others and other  items too
to advance the industry and the work Things have to be low priced but in return you can ask MOQ 2 pc s 4 pcs etc
If you a machinist offer what you can

It is important to give credit to the people working hard on parts you are promoting.  I think it is a bit insulting to just lump everyone in a generic name like "builder".  Give credit for the source of openness.

Yea Matt I am still alive and plugging away. Kinda busy with my new Job, don't have much time on my hands like I use to. I pop in now and then to see whats new. Just seen what Dan posted, and lumped all the photo's together and gave someone else credit for photo's that belonged to someone else. Which I felt was wrong, I talk with Adam daily on skype, and have worked with him through all those builds that are in the photo's. The guy in the photo must be Matt, But those photo's are not the work of Matt, at least not the ones above the two bottom photo's.

Yes Some Photo mixed it is simple to highlight what is occurring on this 11 cell thread else where

I hope to bring knowledge to you to get you building and sharing again instead of sitting quiet,
I hope others bring and share info in too  so thread don't stays quiet.
I hope it make discussion happen on what can be made at what cost and offered to others openly.

That is all we are doing together here sharing  , for you to see and get inspired and support if you can .

Matt is calling for support for this build on Iron max forum and calling for people to attend the event in October ,

It would be great if a few more member from RWG or other place supported matt and the event.

IF you would like to contact Matt than do it the email is above some where.  and his name is mentioned clearly.

Adam has agreed to off these rare units for sale he make by hand and will do only 4 pc more
order some and I invite you all to get the while you can adam@elitepoles.com

This is all Hydrogen Charity work so join in  and support the costs are real and the end result are valid to work together on.

The are more engines than people now, and those engines make poison gas, so no matter what happens whether we use electric
cars etc etc we have to curtail the existing emissions urgently.

you know it is case by case some want their name every where some don't , mostly as they are only making a few pcs
you have to read between the lines some times, historically some builders have been hassled ,

In this Case it is a small production and small request in another forum group of builder
and posted here to simply to make you aware when other wise you would not know of the progress.

The Industry  is many thousands of builders now and things go across social networks broadly  in hrs . fb google twitter and many others,

these posts are brought to you from other forums and social groups and politics and bs is rampant and it is vital we acknowledge that
and work together so not to be come divided as some try to do over silly things to it is careful posts but post for you to see..

Thanks Dan, for getting Adam's name out there, I am sure he will thank you also. He has put a lot of work into those photo's, he also has great machining skills as you can see. He's a good guy and his heart and sole is in the right place. May I suggest when you lump photo's together of several peoples work that you give all those people credit for there work. It appeared that you were giving the guy Matt credit for all the photo's. It may have been a mistake on your part. But now it is all cleared up and Thanks again,

Dan , all,

just a reminder:

this is #11 of the reregistration agreement:

"11. Always reference where your data came from. One MUST put all copied information under quotes with a link to original data. Do not post any copyright right information without the proper consent. "

so first, please tell Adam/Matt that you posted that info here, ( they may want to come join our conversation)
second, make sure you go back and link us back to where that info came from, and make sure you have it straight we always want to give proper credit.

those photos don't help us at all, but the info that comes with them will...

as you know, we are a give credit where credit is deserved community.

i know your just trying to spreed the good works but you must do it correctly or it will disrupt the work at hand. this i have seen over and over personally... so i'm trying to save you and this forum making mistakes that we already have and learned from in the past.

thanks!

Noted, Mr Russ
it would be great if people tried to invite fresh people into to support and keeping progressive information occurring, even if some members get busy tried or distracted, if zero posts occur is makes threads seam dead(even if we are doing thing behind the scenes).  and new interest will simply not come. We have a world of schools and new generation wanting to learn this amazing technology.

Right now the member ship is 335 total members so
we should all try together to triple that before years end by seeking out and inviting young and old people from every where with a interest in the tech. May be you have more comps? or join together to chip in to buy some of Matt's Cells to Give away. Suggest Changing the Log in  so you must join forum and login  to view threads as we have a lot of browsers who read but can't post as they are not logged in it is kinda working against the flow of growth..

I know we are all very busy now plotting and planning, and it is one of the reasons I am posting from other groups as 11 cell work is stalled here,we have to realize others are not stalled and working real hard , so I am sharing that, it is a positive thing
and I will include more references so every one can sleep at night.

We must help each other keep refining the posts and pushing new content in correct ways here  and keep
improving I agree to the references etc
I will post as required , if no reference no post.  I would really love to see others post some things now too.

The good side is we saw some people wake up get interested in Matt and the 11 cell again with a flurry of post with in hrs instep of months . and at least comment in praise mostly that Matt has done fine work so that helps him go for it which he is doing.
so please all join in & get new versions 3d uploaded get 3d printable mocks up file done for printers posted for 11 cell posted and or cnc files for milling  so more school people can make models for machinists . and new machinists can do more from models

Have Fun Guys  This a fun Space. For Fun Stuff
Thank you Russ O:-)

this is a fun place for serious progress, :)

also on the longing in for others to see the posts, that kinda counter acts the reason there even here looking, ( search engines wont direct them here if they cant see it with out longing in)

any how that's a conversation for another place on another thread... so if we want to keep talking about this lets do it else where.
