I'm trying to find the correct spring now and was thinking to check with you guys what a suitably pressure relief limit would be? 20 Psi? 15? 10?. Up till what pressure will the cell normally charge to?

Well Done Guys

Reviewing these  with other drawings,
thoughts are with Russ who will be down with family a lot now,
a lot to balance.

Russ
please support as a passive reviewer on specs
from time to time as can find a moment,
you have sizing in you head as a custom builder and that is valuable
for fast review.

Good day, i'll be  follow your work, and i wonder why you don't integrate the tech? no just buil it.

You can produce HHO and prove the PMW and the HGG.  Have no sence make such a effort if you can prove it. That's the all about, then we can duplicate and give some contribution at the proces.

HI Great to have you here,

Can you help,  We are all building different areas at same time,

Please advise which area you can help with. or skill you have.

Prime areas at this time
HGG and 11 Cell and Injector models in steel and 3d print.

We are trying to put tools in place on this site and others they allow immediate uptake and reproduction.

We can all help guide you to info or advances,
we all work and post what we can as we move forward to put things in place you can help with this please.

There is a focus on stanley meyers full replication as it was a economical process
and focused on converting the existing base of combustion engines more rapidly.

Please advise and support where you can
there is a lot of info on and need on this forum to makes advances on each part

Modeling in 3d printer format of all parts is a focus, so we can print any where and
show machiners what we want faster

along with having files in cnc & cad  formats is a simple parts

PLease all reading this, we live in same world , so as you apply your teams and skill base
please post all files info and advances it , and helps us save plant faster.

Visit securesupplies biz for more info about integration into existing engine management systems
there are several ways to convent modify sensors and ignition systems

All parts is now drawn up. Some O - ring grooves, the pressure relief and some other small things is left. I hope to have it done and uploaded by this coming week. The pressure relief is going to be adjustable, it looks like it is going to be between 8 - 18 psi for now.

Here's some pics, enjoy;)

It's not 100% complete.
Some notes and a few title block entries need to be updated... (along with more drawings...)

Well done Ravenous Emu,
Hats off to you and your expertise!
sorry I have not been able to put anything up from my end yet.
I can't find anyone how wants to write the 11 cell Resonant cavity in DXF or CNC files for love yet...
Looks like I will have to pay a dude for it and will have to what till end of October as I should have some money and time to work with the guy in Christchurch.
I have not given up guys!
It's still something that we all need and still hold close to my heart to do.

Kind regards

Adam

Have you got the actual CAD files for the top cap and all that?
Or a PDF with the dimensions?

I haven't messed with the top stuff 'cause you guys were working on it. :D  :P

Just want to say I have great faith  in this thread it is one of  the keys,

Stan put a lot of study into this particular design,

Getting it complete and into cad should be a focus

Dan

ps we still need to raise awareness more for forum, maybe way is to invite uni tech and draft students
to do this as part of their project work

Just to let you all know Rav, and I are working on this also. I will be machining all this soon on my cnc mill. I will post the code for each part when I get it completed for everyone to use. Right now I am busy getting the electronics up and running on a test cell. Once that is completed I intend on moving on to machining the 11 cell cavity. I would say this will be a late Fall project for me, so if anyone wants to get it done before I get around to it, that would be great.

Would some one please check my numbers and make sure they're good to go?
Tell me what Sheet, Section, and/or Detail if you notice anything.

Note:
I've not gotten to the tops/caps yet.
I did NOT use metric.
Also, I did NOT tolerance the dimensions.
(I'm not that familiar with that stuff :D )

ok BUilders this is what I have so Far

I want to be open with builders and parts I want to generate discussion on price and what can be done and not done as a industry.

What is good value and what is not only one way that is to share it.

I have run across a few people with running 11 cells of late so we must advance this faster people are holding back and more advanced that we all know.

if you want to chip in or buy in parts this is time to develop , we can do co op building and distributing , but where to start. skype daniel.donatelli

we can advance quick as team ,

more we push the more price will come down as material is sorted our and set into flows to cnc guys they will buy stock in for  this build

I am sure we can cut corners, but this is  a producer with advance cnc that is prepared to build now. I will post  cnc files if I get them done from them , and invite other to also we can chop and change until prices comes down

Allow 3 Week to build and 10 days to ship.  it maybe alot faster but allow that.

The idea here is to get the industry moving.

hi here is what I have in works for 11 cell
The below is the quote of the part 11-CELL-UNIT-PDF-V3 for your reference :

1,  ANODE       OD12.7*101.6mm      $32.5*11=$357.5

2,  CATHODE-OUTER-TUBE  OD 19.05*69.85mm  $4.5*11=$49.5

3,  UPPER-BASE   OD177.8*101.6mm      $420*1=$420

4,  CELL-CAP      OD25.4*38.1mm       $5.5*11=$60.5

5,  BODY-TUBE    OD165.1*185.42mm    $195*1=$195

6,  LOWER BASE   OD177.8*76.1mm      $390*1=$350

The other parts we'll quote them in 2 days,

the drawings will be checked again, to make sure no error in production. And a quote list for all parts will be send to you.

Any question, please don't hesitate to contact with me ,

We will have to add a margin and suggest rrp
and shipping etc but that is price I think it is good from high precision cnc maker.

The cost of materials i most of this price we need to ad shipping

we have more fine tuning to do on design and parts but lets bust the move!!!

I have injectors parts be quoted same times, expected in days, I will push to get
better build pricing and ask you all to crank it up!

and get past the hesitation as people actually using this and hiding it.  pointless to do that. we all die a slow death.  there is is well over a billion cars and than how many other engines ? all killing our air

Dan

expect more pricing indication
and price reductions as I source material and new cnc guys who are fast this should help you advance on certain pcs

right now I am having long and healthy discussion on ecu and injector conversions.
to run this it is refreshing we are getting new comers into it now all is being direct to rwg

Secure,

Here's a complete set up.
Again, some one please let me know if I missed any dimensions and/or notes.
:D  :P

Note:
1) We don't have to have the "windows" on the "LOWER_BASE" if we don't want.
1A) If there are no "windows" we'll need to drill a hole for the wires.

2) The "BODY_TOP" & "BODY_TOP_BLOCK" are designed so you can use:
2A) 3/4" pressure relief valve ( http://www.pexsupply.com/Zurn-34-P1500-3-4-Calibrated-Pressure-Relief-Valve )
2B) 1/4" Pressure Gauge
2C) 3/8" Tubing
