note the  injector distributor interlocks map drawing

ok No I go back to the Air gate and EHR exhaust gate control boards and %  adjust boards and convert to db 37

the reason we do this as they can be replace by Arduino slowly once wiring to main board is completed

SINCE this is Injector Side of GMS

 Hi  Yes we have only 5 of these here people should  acquire 2 pc so they can test the series and double vic  trigger by tps onto cell   but we can ship 1 by one to those who want to try them  Dan

 this was Done by Earl and Dan to try to make it easy as a Training study board,
it is designed to have screw terminal on every in /out  for each db 37 pin for testing learning
of coarse it can be tiny but we made it  like this
so people can understand what Stan and Stephen did for us all and what goes where
 
we have put  silk labels on all things this is version 2  and fixes alot of unknowns for people just starting to grasp faster
it is designed to the converted to db 37 Stan Original  gms cards which we have and have test and posted on this thread.

If we look back to 2010 when we did not even have a picture of the outside of the GMS unit we have come a very long way now to have it done  and shared.  and recreated both the gas side main board and the injector side main board


the db 37 to vic trigger array card/ box  was swapped to a db 37 as we found db 9 was maxing out and we may need more things on new version of vic and board so we allow for that better in this version 2

this is a 4 layer board with  many power rails and sensor  inputs which got to various cards and safety card ect  it is design with modern input in mind like a modern pdu  terminal /  and in out for ecu etc

As Earl Showed we can  modernize some card with Arduino like the Gas pressure sensor and  use db 37 to plum into this main board with out loosing the   main board mapping for how it works this way people have a chance to modernized each card and than merge them
