now that the gap is closed strange things to be expected.   and I say ice age model has the data to support a high probability of a great quake during torque times delta t.

Maxwell, and kepler spot on, Einstein with effect data, and ice age model now closes the gap on global precession.

closest possibility 10 days or less, with incoming cme to follow, and another eruption. class 1. possibly many more will reflect the extreme case ice age model outlines.

Degassing from Sabancaya volcano last week (IGP)
Degassing from Sabancaya volcano last week (IGP)
Raung (East Java): The eruption inside the summit caldera continues with intense strombolian activity and the effusion of an intra-crater lava flow.
Ash emissions have been intense enough to produce a plume that rose to 17,000 ft (5 km) altitude and drifted more than 150 km to the SE. Several regional airports including Denpasar (DPS) on Bali have been closed.
A recent visit by our friend and volcano expedition organizer Aris Yanto / Exploredesa shows that a new cone has been built inside the crater.

Sinabung (Sumatra, Indonesia): Activity at the volcano has been comparably low. On average, 2-3 smaller pyroclastic flows per day have been occurring, our expedition leader Andi who is currently at Sinabung reported.

Sangeang Api (Indonesia): The volcano continues to erupt. On Wednesday (8 July), an explosion generated an ash plume that rose to 9,000 ft (2.7 km) altitude and drifted 35 km to the south.
When flying past the volcano during our recent Batu Tara expedition, we could see a dense gas plume drifting from its summit crater.

Sirung (Pantar Island, Indonesia ): Darwin VAAC raised the aviation alert level to orange, after a plume of steam and possible light ash emissions were seen on satellite images drifting SW from the volcano last Tuesday.
Local observers reported a thick steam plume rising approx. 500 m from the volcano, but the volcano observatory had no particular indications (such as increased earthquakes, sulfur smell, rumblings) of a new eruptive phase.
The last confirmed activity at the volcano was likely a (single) phreatic explosion in May 2012.

Dukono (Halmahera): The volcano continues to erupt dense, but low level ash plumes that often can be detected on satellite imagery drifting 30-50 km NE.

Colima (Western Mexico): A new eruptive phase has started at the volcano earlier this month. A new lava dome started to grow quickly in the summit crater and has been producing frequent explosions, glowing avalanches and pyroclastic flows (video):

Sabancaya (Peru): Since mid June, an increase in internal activity has been recorded at the volcano. The Geophysical Institute of Peru reported a swarm of shallow earthquakes in an area at 6 km depth approx. 7 km north of the volcano's summit. In addition, increased degassing has been observed. Both are likely signs of a probable magmatic intrusion.
During the first week of July, activity decreased a bit, but remained significant. IGP does not expect a large scale eruption in the near future, but warns that sudden explosions could occur at the crater.
Long-period seismicity (fluid movements) decreased to averaged of 72 events / day, while shallow rock-fracturing quakes remained frequent with an average of 9 per day.

63: Underwater volcano erupts off the coast of Taiwan

Posted on July 20, 2015   by The Extinction Protocol

Taiwan Volcano

July 2015 – TAIWAN – Stunning footage has revealed a rare underwater ‘volcano’ erupting off the coast of Taiwan. As the drone flies over the around Kueishantao Island, off the coast of Taiwan’s Gueishan Island, beautiful bubble plumes can be seen surfacing as volcanic vents erupt underwater. The video was captured by marine scientist Mario Lebrato, 29, from Spain. Mario, who works at the University of Kiel in Germany, said: ‘We were diving to obtain volcanic sulphur, [but] shot an aerial video to explore the area.

‘Will there be a new eruption soon? Only time will tell.’ Kueishantao Island, reaches 1315ft (401m) above sea level at its peak, and is the southernmost of five small volcanic islands off the north-east coast of Taiwan. The island is also known as ‘Turtle Mountain Island’ thanks to its profile as seen from some points on mainland Taiwan. Historical accounts during the time of King Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1775-1795 AD) documented the Guieshan mountain splitting open with a blood-red lava flow. Today, Kueishantao displays vigorous active submarine fumaroles and solfataras that discolor seawater over wide areas. A fumarole is an opening in a planet’s crust, usually close to a volcano, which emits steam and gases such as carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, and hydrogen sulphide. A solfataras is a volcanic vent emitting sulphurous gases and water vapour or sometimes hot mud.

Mario captured the footage with Spanish film-maker Daniel Meana, 31, as they were working offshore on a research project with Taiwan Ocean University. Mario said: ‘In the video you can see more than 30 vents, which expel sulphur and carbon dioxide. The seawater comes out of the vents at around 100°C (212°F), but then gets cooled down by the surrounding water. There are also crabs and corals living there we don’t know yet how they are able to survive but these shallow vents with extreme conditions are believed to be where life started on Earth.’ –Daily Mail

Rare Southern California summer storm breaks rainfall record

Posted on July 20, 2015   by The Extinction Protocol

California Rain Storm

July 2015 – CALIFORNIA – A second day of showers and thunderstorms in southern and central California was expected to bring heavy rain and set more rainfall records in what is usually a dry month. Rain began to fall Sunday afternoon in parts of Los Angeles County’s mountains, the valley north and inland urban areas to the east. Later in the day, the city got a repeat of scattered showers and occasional downpours from Saturday as remnants of Tropical Storm Dolores off Baja California bring warm, muggy conditions northward. “We have a chance of some more heavy rain in L.A. County this evening, thunderstorms, lightning, possibly some localized street flooding,” said National Weather Service meteorologist Joe Sirard. Rainfall Saturday broke records in at least 11 locations, including five places that had the most rain ever recorded on any day in July, Sirard said.

July is typically the driest month of the year in Southern California. Because of that, the 0.36 inches of rain in downtown Los Angeles Saturday exceeded the 0.24 inch recorded July 14, 1886, which had been the wettest July day in nearly 130 years, Sirard said. “It looks like we’re probably going to get more rain downtown this evening,” Sirard said. “It looks like there’s a good chance the monthly record is going to go up. Really, this is super historic.” The record is especially significant, he said, because downtown Los Angeles has the longest recording climate station, dating to July 1, 1877. The storm brought flash floods and power outages and turned Los Angeles County’s typically packed coast into empty stretches of sand when the threat of lightning forced authorities to close 70 miles of beaches. The popular Santa Monica Pier and its nearby beaches were shuttered.

Last summer, a lightning strike killed a man at Venice Beach and injured about a dozen people. Los Angeles County’s beaches remained open Sunday, despite reports of thunderstorms in the mountains and western San Diego coast during the afternoon. AJ Lester of the Los Angeles County Fire Department’s Lifeguard Division said he has been in touch with weather officials and was tracking rain reports. Signs warned beachgoers to avoid storm drain flows into the ocean because of Saturday’s sometimes heavy rain. The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health recommends people avoid swimming within 100 yards of a storm drain for 72 hours after heavy rain. “All storm drains flowed out yesterday, but it hasn’t rained much this year, so that doesn’t bode well for the water quality,” Lester said Sunday.

Warnings were also in place for high surf and strong rip currents on all south-facing beaches, including Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, Zuma, Newport and Huntington, Lester said. Meanwhile, the summer storm has helped firefighters advance on two wildfires that broke out Friday. Muggy, moist conditions were expected to persist through Monday. –Trib Live

BridgeFreeway 10 bridge collapses: But while a heavy rain season could spell long-term relief for California’s landscape, it would test Southern California’s infrastructure. On Sunday afternoon, a creek in Desert Center between The road buckled and collapsed, cutting off one of the state’s vital truck shipping corridors for weeks or, more likely, months. On Monday, Caltrans began inspecting other bridges in the rain-soaked area and found a second one susceptible to collapse. Meanwhile in Moreno Valley, about a dozen homeowners were working to clean up their properties after rock and mudslides sent tons of earth downhill. July rain is so unusual in Southern California that the storm broke a number of records for the month. The 0.36 inch that fell in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday set a record for the most rainfall in July, surpassing the quarter-inch that fell in July 1886, said National Weather Service meteorologist David Sweet. “July is typically the driest month of the year,” weather service meteorologist Scott Sukup said Sunday. “To have that much rain yesterday and another significant storm today is pretty unusual. … For July it’s historical.”Coachella and the Arizona border was overwhelmed and washed out a bridge on the 10 Freeway. –LA Times

5 volcanoes simultaneously erupt in Indonesia: shroud skies with dark ash clouds

Posted on July 27, 2015   by The Extinction Protocol

Indonesian Volcano erupting 5

July 2015 – INDONESIA – Eruptions of ash at five volcanoes shrouded the skies over parts of the Indonesian archipelago several days ago, forcing three airports to close. More airports have since closed due to the ash clouds. Mount Raung on Java Island blasted ash and debris up to 2,000 meters (6,560 feet) into the air after rumbling for several weeks, government volcanologist Surono said. Ash erupted also from Gamalama and Dukono mountains on the Moluccas islands chain, Sinabung volcano on Sumatra island and Mount Karangetang on Siau island, darkening the skies, Surono said.A total of more than 13,000 people have been evacuated due to the volcanic eruptions since last month, mostly from around the slopes of Sinabung in Tanah Karo District, added Surono, who uses a single name.

“Our evaluation showed there is no extraordinary natural phenomenon that triggered simultaneous eruptions of the five volcanoes,” Surono said, adding that all the eruptions are natural and normal occurrences in a nation with about 130 active volcanoes. Transport Ministry spokesman Julius Adravida Barata said Jember and Banyuwangi airports closed late Tuesday and Bali’s international airport was closed for several hours on Wednesday, disrupting flights. Media reports said 37 flights to and from Bali’s Ngurah Rai airport were cancelled. An eruption of Raung early this month sparked chaos as the airport in the tourist hotspot of Bali and four other airports in the region were shutdown, stranding thousands of holiday-goers.

Last week, the ministry closed Sultan Babullah airport in North Maluku’s Ternate town after eruptions at Gamalama and Dukono sent volcanic ash up to 1,700 meters (5,570 feet) into the sky. Indonesia, a chain of 17,000 islands where millions of people live in mountainous areas or near fertile flood-prone plains, is prone to seismic upheaval due to its location on the Pacific “Ring of Fire,” an arc of volcanoes and fault lines encircling the Pacific Basin. –ABC News

More and bigger drilling-linked earthquakes rattle Oklahoma

Posted on July 30, 2015   by The Extinction Protocol

Ok Quakes

July 2015 – OKLAHOMA – Several earthquakes shook Oklahoma on Monday as the state experiences a sharp increase in the frequency of tremors linked to wastewater disposal from gas and oil drilling, including from fracking, state and federal officials said. Three of Monday’s quakes measured above a magnitude 4.0, with a 4.5 earthquake centered just north of Crescent, roughly 45 miles (72 km) north of Oklahoma City, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said. The largest tremor, logged a “significant earthquake” by the USGS, could be felt as far away as Wichita, Kansas, about 160 miles north, broadcaster KOTV reported. There were no reports of damage. The rate of earthquakes in Oklahoma has increased by about 50 percent since 2013, greatly increasing the chance for a damaging quake, according to the USGS.

Noticeable quakes – above magnitude 3.0 – now hit the state at a rate of two per day or more, compared with two or so per year prior to 2009. During the past seven days, Oklahoma has experienced about 40 earthquakes, according to the USGS. Scientists say the seismic activity is triggered by the injection of wastewater from booming oil and gas drilling operations into deep geological formations. The state’s oil and gas regulator released a directive this month expanding “Areas of Interest,” parts of the state that have been worst-hit by the quakes, and adding restrictions for 211 disposal wells. In March, the regulator – the Oklahoma Corporation Commission – also directed 347 wells to reduce their injection depths to above the Arbuckle formation. High-volume injections into the Arbuckle, the state’s deepest formation, have the highest potential for seismic activity, according to the USGS. Twenty-one of Oklahoma’s 77 counties are under the order, and oil and gas drilling operators have until Aug. 14 to comply with reducing injection depth. –Yahoo News

Growing unrest: volcanoes rumble and are shaken by earthquakes from Mexico to the Philippines

Popo Volcano

July 2015 – GEOLOGY – Mexico’s National Disaster Prevention Centre said in its daily report that the volcano registered a total of 80 low intensity exhalations and six explosions yesterday, releasing plumes of smoke between 1.5 and two kilometers high. Authorities are urging people not to get close to the volcano and particularly to its crater. Popocatepetl is the second tallest volcano in Mexico and is in the centre of the country. –TVNZ

Quake near Alaska’s Redoubt Volcano: A 6.3-magnitude earthquake has struck in Alaska, some 42 miles southwest of the active Redoubt Volcano, the US Geological Survey (USGS) has said. Notably, the earthquake also struck near Mt. Katmai, the site of the largest volcanic eruption of the 20th century. The epicenter was 9 miles south of Mt. Iliamna, another volcano in the area, the Alaska Dispatch News reported. According to the USGS, the quake hit about 141 miles southwest of Anchorage. The agency is forecasting “very light damage.” The earthquake was originally reported as having a magnitude of 6.2, but was later revised up slightly. USGS reported two minor tremors prior to the 6.3 magnitude one. Although the quake did not strike far from the Redoubt Volcano, there’s nothing to suggest activity has been triggered by the quake. There have been four confirmed eruptions at the volcano since the 20th century began, in 1902, 1966, 1989 and 2009. –RT News

Philippines Mt. Bulusan shaken by quakes: At least eight volcanic earthquakes rocked Mount Bulusan volcano in Sorosgon, signifying that the volcano continues to show signs of restiveness, the Philippine Institute of Volcanolgy and Seismology (Phivolcs) said Wednesday. Phivolcs-Bicol resident volcanologist Ed Laguerta said the quakes and the swelling of the volcano’s edifice are signs that pressure is building up in the volcano’s vent. Aside from eight volcanic quakes, Phivolcs instruments recorded for the past 24-hour observation period slight inflationary trend at the volcano’s edifice during the precise leveling surveys. Alert Level 1 (abnormal) remains hoisted over the volcano.

Laguerta warned the public to keep off the four-kilometer permanent danger zone due to the possibility of sudden and hazardous steam-driven or phreatic eruptions. The Phivolcs also advised pilots to avoid flying close to the volcano’s summit as ash from any sudden phreatic eruption can be dangerous to aircraft. It also warned residents living within valleys and along river channels around the volcano of possible flooding and lahar flows in the event of heavy and prolonged rains. –Sun Star

Magma intrusion in Peruvian volcano: Only last week, scientists recorded the largest explosion at Peru’s most active volcano, Ubinas, in the Moquegua region of Peru. Now, scientists have recorded an ascent of magma within the volcano, reports El Comercio. The explosion last week resulted in the emission of large rocks (some the size of small cars) which frightened the local communities. Ash and small rocks up to two centimeters in diameter made their way to the communities of Querapi, Ubinas, Sacohaya, Tonohaya, Anascapa, Escacha and San Miguel, according to the mayor of Ubinas, Luis Concha.

Following this explosion, the volcano emitted pulverized magma according to Geophysical Institute of Peru (IGP) scientist, Orlando Macedo. In other words, very fine sand and fragmented magma, or small rocks. “Villagers report that they saw incandescent rocks coming out of the crater. We will make a visit to the area to determine the size of the projectiles and the scope they had,” said Macedo, according to El Comercio. –Peru this week

Manam Volcano

July 2015 – PAPUA, NG – The Manam volcano in Papua New Guinea sent up a major eruption on Friday, local time, and the first of its kind in almost 11 years. Volcanic ash was sent 19,812 meters (65,000 feet) into the air as a result of the eruption, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology reported in a volcanic ash advisory. The plume was moving to the southwest but was spreading out in all directions. A Code Red aviation advisory was issued as a result. The eruption was reported around 1 p.m. Friday, local time (11 p.m. EDT). The last major eruption of Manam, located 13 kilometers (8 miles) off the northern coast of Papua New Guinea, occurred in August 2004, according to the Global Volcanism Program at the Smithsonian Institution. The Manam volcano is 1,807 meters (5,927 feet) high.

Tinakula island has not been inhabited since the tsunami in 1971, but islanders from the outer Reef Islands occasionally travel to tend gardens on the SE flank. The ocean between Santa Cruz Island and Reef Islands is dangerous, with many currents and high seas regularly capsizing boats. Landing on the island is always dangerous due to prevailing swells and the lack of a suitable beach. The dominant SE trade winds blow ash and gases away from inhabited islands for most of the year, but a large eruption occurring in westerly winds may affect populations in the Reef Islands. Volcanic bombs (5 cm in diameter) of an unknown age located in villages on the Reef Islands (over 50 km away) were reported to have fallen from the sky.

NOCTILUCENT ROCKET EXHAUST: On Sept. 2nd, an Atlas V rocket blasted off from Cape Canaveral carrying a Navy communications satellite to orbit. The dawn launch was much anticipated by local sky watchers. Waking up early turned out to be a good decision. "What see saw blew our, and everyone's, minds," reports Jack Jewell, who took these pictures from a grassy hill near the NASA causeway:

"I've seen enough launches just before sunrise to know that sunlit rocket plumes against a darkish sky can be magical," says Jewell. "This was one of the best."

The Atlas V created a man-made noctilucent cloud. Water vapor in the rocket's exhaust crystallized in the high atmosphere, creating an icy cloud that turned blue when it was hit by the rays of the morning sun. Years ago, space shuttle launches produced similar displays.

Natural noctilucent clouds form around Earth's poles when water vapor in the mesosphere crystalizes around meteor smoke. Sometimes they spread as far south as Colorado and Utah, but rarely or never Florida. Electric-blue over the Sunshine State requires a rocket launch. Browse the realtime photo gallery for more images of the Atlas V exhaust:

i smell it.. bull sheet, lie about the science of it? please.  shall we go back to the last rocket launch?

Yeap, chemical doping of the fuel.  Lovely.

Really makes one wonder why it is so impossible to get an engineer that works on these projects to not turn whistleblower.  That would truly be an eye opening testimony, err, witness account.  What's worse is why these engineers simply "do what they are told".  They have to know their engineering skills are assisting a genocidal plot.  They are by definition accomplices to murder.

It's a sad state of affairs.

Meteorologists say four tropical storms all raging at the same time, are a first

Posted on September 4, 2015   by The Extinction Protocol

4 Storms

September 2015 – CLIMATE – Meteorologists are calling it a first: Not one, not two, but three major hurricanes were in the eastern Pacific at the exact same time on Sunday. Now, a fourth storm is joining the swirling trio. Tropical Depression 14E, now dubbed Kevin, has been upgraded to tropical storm status. Warm sea surface temperatures and a moist environment could intensify the storm over the next 24 hours, the National Hurricane Center reports. Thereafter, drier air is forecast to get into the circulation, leading to weakening. “Kevin is forecast to degenerate to a remnant low by day three and dissipate around day five,” according to the NHC. The storm is expected to track northward over Mexico before turning westward as the cyclone weakens.
