i have been using Kisslicer for the entire life of my 3d printing career.

i LOVE to be able to tweak EVERYTHING...

so i finally seen that Prusa has been working with others to make a version dedicated to his printers.

with that said i decided to give it a go...

will see how that works for me :)

I've used Slic3r ever since. It's been recommended for a while.

This is new. Prusa edition.

Did you tried the Cura Slicer (not the plugin). That is very cool to.
It allows to simulate layer to layer and is has customizeable settings.

yes i used it off and on for a while, it also has its pros and cons.

after a night of slic3r... im a bit frustrated. but i keep at it for a while.

Kisslicer sure has its details i LOVE... i just cant seem to find in any other slicer.

and i also just can see me self getting simplified3D... of witch looks Exactly like what I'm wanting...

As much printing as you do, it seems nuts to not have the best tools.

No don't do that...

If I ask I'm sure they would be happy to be a sponcer. It's like free advertising.

I just can't get my self to do it. That's a lot of $$  for a slicer.

But I guess I should try it for the 2 weeks and then if I like it reach out to see if they will do a sponcer. I'm almost sure they will

Yeah i do and i would try it for 2 weeks but...

you have to pay for it and then if you dont like it... you get your money back.

i think thats kinda lame.

but ok...

so as of now i still sit here messing with other slicers lol .. i will say that anytime i use support with Slic3r t takes FORVER to slice. I mean like 4 hrs on one complex part.

and 30 min or so on a not so complex support.

i find this odd.

but ok...

any hoo,

it dose do others tings that i need for some stuff. so like any thing use one part of a software for the parts you need and others for others.

...

I have know idea if simplified 3d is any better or has all the options, but i think i dose. not sure till i try it i guess.
