Anyone that has been working on Stan Meyers WFC over the last 10+ years should know that all Stan's formulas has to do with impedance matching. If not, they have been wasting their time shooting in the dark. Stan's WFC will not work unless the right impedance match is done to make it work. (Period) This thread is old news to me, and should be to others that has been serious working on this.
Those that are just now getting involved in Stan Meyer's work, impeadance is a very important part of it. Learn all you can about impeadance matching of inductors, capacitors, and resistance.

Feel feel to help test and comment on this board parts and assembly

ac to dc

it may be possible to make a dc to dc version with 3 tubes

The only comment I have so far is to think about the 4x 68 uf capacitor bank on each one...

68 uf can be found pretty easily around 400-450 volts dc...so this application is designed for something "max" around 700 volt output.

I know it isn't board related specifically, but something to keep in mind.

Been a long time since I have really studied circuit boards...

I don't think the 6 amp slow blow fuse can be surface mounted...maybe need holes in the board for external front display fuse mount.

I read bifilar coils on the board...I will have to look at the patent again, but I don't recall anything stating that for the 1.7 mH chokes.

Also, I only see the "top" of the board, so no way to confirm lower trace is correct.

traces where done for 600 v , we made to allow either 400v or 600 v caps so we can install on 6 phase alternators or twins or gensets
more testing and adjustment and comments invited all takes time to test
