John Huchison, in his oil cleanup/recovery experiments, was modulating some of his "ray guns" with some sort of chanting.

Some of those monk chants have some interesting harmonics. "Throat singing" comes to mind, as it is a complex sound consisting of several sounds. hmmm... I wonder if monks could do stairway or dsotm? hmmm... :D
