hi everyone
my name is bruno and I want to show u a way to make pure hydrogen

for the critics if u use pure hydrogen in your car you have a lot less trouble with
oxygen regulater,beceause there is non
so that means no efie and no map enhancer needed any more
so you dont have to alter anything on your new car just place your cell somewhere in your car and hook it up safely and benefit from it

I will try to show you with a few pictures and videos how this all works

How many plates in all?
What material is the membrane made of?
Is it brute force electrolysis, and if so do you use any electrolyzer or catalyst?
Also, what do you do with the oxygen, does it only go out as waste?
Please excuse the many questions here :D

I am planning to make here a long thread here
so be patient I have all this info on my forum butt i dont want to make
advertisement here
.........a hint my name

so now then
first off all you can choose how many plates
from simply 2 till 100
there is of course a special setup beceause you need to setup wat you want to do

if you use 12 volt you gonna need 6 plates,24 volt 11 plates.....

butt you can make also 2x 12 volt or more
and according to that you have to make ajustments in the plates
the explaning drawings will come

the famous membrane
it can be made from nylon , this is what the most use beceause
it is  easly to come by any fabric store has it ,down point is mostly it has a color
so this will ware out do to the pottasium or sodium

then there is also the membrane made off polyester
this has the  advantage that it has temperature properties
will explane this later on
this is some what harder to come by
I had the luck that the company that I worked for had it just leing around
so some off it disappeared and got a new life inside my cell
and it was happy

It is not realy brute force butt lets say controled force
my controler can handle 30 amps
so using my special water (later)
 I controle the amount off pottasium hydroxide

for now the oxygen is waste butt if you make it waste you have to be carefull
with it ,you would say its only oxygen
butt knowing your cell is placed near your engine
and the oxygen output is gonna be there to
this can become a hazardus problem
if your car is realy realy without oil leak no drup spild anywhere
then there is no problem butt else there is gonna be a problem
nl oil will ignite if exposed to oxygen in a temperature around 20° celcius
and you car is much hotter
therefor you have to lead the oxygen away from the engine


here is the sequence for the 12 volt version


yes it needs  2 end plates made off some resin
in belgium this is called trespa this is also the name off the company that provides this stuff

here is are the 2x 12 an 24 volt versions

this is the 2 x 12 volt versions
notice the middel plate + the 2 gaskets stand in the same direction
beceause it is not a neutral




this is the 24 volt version
here is no middel plate so no special setup here



this is inside my cell with a special membrane from agfa gevaert a belgian company that makes all kinds off membranes for the industrie

hi everyone
just wanted to let yu al now that the white membrane in the picture
is not a good idee its made from nylon and has some paint on it
the problem lies in the heat the cell creates
the membrane shrinks and streches so much that it is completely destroit
there can run no water anymore after it is cooled

so the best thing to do is change the membrane in all
with polyester membranes this material is used in the paint industrie to filter out paint and thinner from durt
it is easy to com by and is cheap and is availble in diffent sizes off filter capebileties
standard is 150 micron so there is room for perfection  

this weekend I disasambled my first cell after I completed the 2e and from the test
with this cell that is only 2 plates there was a vey good production so this promisses for the 6 plate cell


THE THINK TO LOOK FOR ON THE NET IS  PP multifilament / monofilament filter cloth

Don't need a membrane, you can separate H2 and O2 electrically. Only valid and necessary if you're trying to run the car (or whatever) exclusively off hydrogen. For that you need HUGE volumes of H2. Solve that issue first.

Once you do, it's simpler to convert the H2 to something that works in an UNMODIFIED engine. Easy peasy, see Paine 1884.
