seems to be a complete amplifier, not a single chip.

Hello Bussi04

No it’s not an amplifier it’s a 20-pin chip.

Sorry I should have explained more. I had this old old laser disk player you know the ones that had the big 12-inch videodisks. I was going to salvage the spindle and bearings system but when I took it apart I found this complete pulse motor with the driver circuit attached.

I read that some RC modelers like to use these because the motors have high torque to drive a prop. I’m not that great at electronics circuits but I would like to see if I could make this brush-less pulse motor work. I was thinking if I could get the pa2016 pin info then I might be able to figure out the connector pin arrangement and run the motor.

Picture A
Connector pins.
1 has = 5
2 has = G
3 has = B
4 has = +
5 has = R
6 has = F
7 has  = 8
8 has = FG

Picture B and C has front and back views.

Anyone that can help me with this it would be much appreciated.

Thanks
