he talks about 3 different frequencies applied to basically a 120 degree
phase shifted 3-phase torroidal transformer, which in turn then gives
the "correct" frequency for the 101 cell built accordingly.
The idea here is to get more monatomic hydrogen from the electrolysis,
which will manifest itself as a suddenly increased production of gas and
so on, it's all in there in the document.
This bears some resemblance to what Stanley Meyer deviced IMO, so
I'm just curious about if there could be some correlation between
the 2 systems here.......?
