This May highlight

a variety of ways
to re feed exhaust gases  possibly back though gas processor or steam resonator

and may have cross over tech explanation now we
know more about the theory .

we have more knowledge that a static charge could be built and kept from the exhuast gas stream and

used to spilt gases such as Geet process to gain oxygen volume etc . in a very similar way. so it is interesting

Stan may have released more energy again with this  

cleaning up recycled exhaust gases.

Hmm i find this strange that Stan talks about nitrous oxide N2O, laughing gas there is a difference between these compounds. N2O is also rocket fuel oxidizer.

because from what I have been reading it is NO and NO2 that are present.
(NOx )gasses.

And I cant find any reference that N2O is made from improper burning of hydrogen.
 the ways i found are:
nitric acid with iron filings
heating ammonia nitrate
direct oxidation of ammonia
and of course mother nature
