Resonant Scanning and the "VIC"

For very good reasons i believe the Stanley Meyer implanted false and incredibly vague information in his patents most of all the VIC and resonant scanning circuit. If you've noticed or not the Electrical Polarization Process and everything else is pointless unless you have a working "VIC" unit that can produce about 20KV or more with less then 1 to 5mA in current. I say all of this because i have been able to get 57KV@5mA with only 12vac .The only way i have been able to do this is though is through a frequency generator AC output at the resonant frequency, not pulsed DC and without the "switching" diode.   I have plenty of notes and knowledge i wish to pass on. That is why i will be scanning in my notes from everything i have learned as well as share my excel spreadsheets on the subject.

Tell me what you think! I know it can't just be me.
