Master Cleanse Protocol


PURPOSE:

To dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion that have formed in any part of the body.
To cleanse the kidneys and the digestive system.
To purify the glands and cells throughout the entire body.
To eliminate all unusable waste and hardened material in the joints and muscles.
To relieve pressure and irritation in the nerves, arteries, and blood vessels.
To build a healthy blood stream.
To keep youth and elasticity regardless of our years.
To purify mind, thoughts and to get in touch with your spirit.

WHEN TO USE IT?

When sickness has developed—for all acute and chronic conditions.
When the digestive system needs a rest and a cleansing.
When you feel your weight has become a problem.
When better assimilation and building of body tissue is needed.
When you need to make an important decision.
When you need to have a clear mind and clear thoughts.
When you feel like fasting.

HOW OFTEN?

Follow the diet for a minimum of 10 days or more—up to 40 days and beyond may be safely followed for extremely serious cases. The diet has all the nutrition needed during this time. Three to four times a year will do wonders for keeping the body in a normal healthy conditions. The diet may be undertaken more frequently for serious conditions.

**Avoid even taking one bite of food you are only cheating yourself and will put you basically back to the beginning of your cleanse. Don't let this discourage you if you do eat something just keep going with it. You can do it and your body and being will thank you.

THE INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED

There's only a few ingredients you're going to need for the master cleanse, but it's important that you use the exact products I'm going to tell you about and don't make any substitutions. Also no need to add or emit anything this cleanse is designed to work just how it is.

Unlike other diets the Master Cleanse doesn't require any exotic or expensive ingredients. In fact it might be the most cost effective diet in history.

Pure Filtered Water is best. If not possible fluoride free bottled spring or filtered water will work.
Grade B (medium) or C (dark) Organic Maple Syrup, Formaldehyde free
Organic Cayenne Pepper
Organic Lemons
Sea salt - Unrefined, (Not iodized) or Himalayan Salt
Senna - Smooth Moves Tea

PRIOR TO CLEANSE

You want to be having regular bowel movements **minimum of one a day**. If not it is recommended for 2 or 3 days before starting cleanse start eating lighter. The morning salt water flush 2 or 3 days before beginning (at sunrise set an alarm). And if you feel you really need to get things moving a glass of prune nectar once or twice a day works great.

STARTING CLEANSE

Take the senna tea before bed every night of the cleanse. The SWF (salt water flush) will be performed every morning at sunrise (set an alarm) of the cleanse and is a great practice to take on every morning even once cleanse is done. Make sure when you stop cleanse stop using the smooth moves tea. With no food intake it is not habit forming but once you start introducing food again and break the fast discontinue use of the tea.

The Master Cleanse - you consume primarily lemonade for the entire time you're on the diet combined with the senna tea before bed and the SWF at sunrise. So the recipes for the diet itself are fairly simple. You should drink a minimum of 60 oz of lemonade a day, but can drink more if you like.

You can also drink as much water as you want. I suggest you consume your body weight in ounces of water.

SWF (SALT WATER FLUSH) RECIPE

1 Litre Water - heat up to lukewarm temperature or room temp if heating is not possible. Do not boil.
2 Level TEASPOONS Sea salt - Unrefined, (Not iodized) or Himalayan Salt (no additives in either) - (If you continue the salt water morning flush after MC 'recommended' reduce to 1 level TEASPOON in 1 Litre of water)
Alarm Clock - set to sunrise.

YES!!! You should drink 1 Quart (1 Litre) in one sitting, every morning, at sunrise (Drink it in under 5 mins and go back to bed if you choose too).

LEMONADE RECIPE

Below are two different recipes. The first is for a single serving of the master cleanse lemonade. The second will make 6 servings

#1 (single serving):
2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon)
2 Tablespoons of Organic grade B maple syrup (not the commercial maple flavoured syrup you use on pancakes)
1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
Ten ounces of filtered water

#2 (60 oz. daily serving):
60 ounces of filtered water
12 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
12 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
3/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper powder

There are a couple important things to remember when preparing the lemonade.

For one, the lemon juice used must be fresh squeezed. This cannot be emphasized enough. It is necessary to use fresh produce. Canned juice won't work and will erase most of the benefits of using the master cleanser diet.

Also, the maple syrup must be grade B or C maple syrup, not the sugar filled syrup that is used at the breakfast table.

The cayenne pepper might seem unnecessary, but it is actually very important. Not only does it help to add a bit of a kick, but the pepper helps to break up mucus and increases healthy blood flow. It also is a good source of B and C vitamins, commonly referred to as Super Vitamins due to their many benefits for the body.

EXITING THE MASTER CLEANSE

Due to the massive changes in the body that the Lemonade Diet incurs, exiting the diet requires a careful process. It is not good to just drop the diet and go back to eating the same foods you were eating prior to the diet. This will mess up your system and cause it to go haywire. Rather, since the body has adjusted to the Lemonade Diet, some important steps should be followed to help the body come off the Lemonade Diet properly. Here are some important guidelines to follow:

The first day of ending the diet is when you should still only consume liquids. Start drinking a lot of fresh squeezed orange juice and water. Drink slowly and let it settle. More water never hurt anybody, so drink plenty. Orange juice is good for helping the body to adjust back to digesting regular food.

On the second day, continue drinking orange juice and lots of water. Now you can add in light soups to the diet plan. It is best to make home made vegetable soup as this is healthy and very light. This food will be easy on the stomach and will help it to adjust back properly.

On day three you should continue eating soup and drinking plenty of water. For dinner, you can now add in fruits, vegetables, and salad. These foods are still easy on the stomach and very healthy.

For the next couple days follow this sort of plan and ease yourself back into a normal diet. Don't rush it; let your stomach calibrate itself. Trick is if you eat 70% good unprocessed the other 30% doesn't matter so much.

Also to add, dinner should be the lightest meal of the day, lunch being your bigger meal. This is to allow for digestion before bed resulting in a better more restful sleep and also much more energy on a daily basis.
