Note, that the "water cell resonance" is not ordinary "electrical resonance"! It is, as Stan Meyer calls it - "resonant condition". At "resonant condition", at a certain frequency, to the Cell`s electrodes is directed two, 180 degrees out of phase signals, with oposite polarity.

Note that, when to Outer electrde is apply maximal positive voltage, to Inner electrode is apply minimal negative voltage. Thus, the differential voltage between the electrodes, remains constant:

  It is Vital to note that stan moved to a plastic tank and  was able to stop the ground of the bubble the water and the metal surfaces thus keeping bubbles in suspension for lon periods so once gas made nano bubble water made it can be held as de stabilized gtnt for long periods and than send through a positive ground vehicles fuel system for ignition  those studied in the art will know this make more force than heat and is non Carnot cycle so there is more to it beyond just making the gas it is about making nano bubble water and and holding it in a missing electron state with out be able to ground back electrons , it is lso important to note if a variac is between ground and cell you can tune the rate of repowering or grounding just like tesla did   many people now use this for making power and fuels.  DD
