Steve I looked in the patent stuff Russ provided in here I did try to do a quick search on internet and did not find it. Only thing I found was listed in another patent.  There patent searches on the internet that are free I did not dig deeper.

See Russ's Stanley Meyer link to Stan's documents it as a lot information in it.

the variety of surrounding patents are very interesting also

It is important to know most members maintain full pdf and hard copy library's with some
re published in to hard copy books and spread around World and continuing spread. .

The following link is a to years and serial number for a US patent  and  has a xx/yyyy format
Since the 1981 year does not go up to  302807 for  that year,  use a google search for 6/303807  ( dropped the zero in the x field
which results in a link to US patent  US4613304A  titled "Gas Electrical Hydrogen Generator"
