Note

Be careful on part numbers and holes sizes

For future orders, pls change your design according to datasheet of MUR1560G. :D

 find pictures attached ,D1 part number # he holes pitch 4.6 mm is small than max lead pin pitch 5.08 mm. Besides, the hole diameter 0.9 mm is smaller than  1.15 mm ( √0.842+0.792 )
Therefore ,the plastic parts of component can not plastered onto board surface as picture show.

Looking for the

1G Alternator 90 degree PCB Terminal Post
for the Ford 1G Series 70-100A alternator for the PCB

if anyone knows or can find that part number
 replace part number for that or a pdf of alternator manual with break down diagram and
part numbers please post

ATTACHED is a pdf showing some very close matches and parts numbers

the original part is before these drawings

Posting a Board Concept Electro Did ,

it will help people  configure there alternators faster
I will add mob but general plan is it has screw terminal connect large and small to speed up
the testing and ease of use.

Posting gerber soon with bom
be sure to use fuseable links incase cell  dry out or fails

OK The Test Board, from Electro Example now every one can test their alternators

Here is Gerber  just solder on screw terminals and or your  header pins
 and connect your  coils and test system scope cell 9xb 9xa scr etc

If others would like to draw further  step by step drawing diagram for coils winding  lay out and diode connects showing
 9 phase diodes into 3 phase out into test board  board on same drawing   

and post on the winding  layout or the series of these coils with diodes

to speed up others replicating exactly as shown by electro
 for this replication it is welcomed.  to do so  I have saved what i can and reshared so it is open for world

I am Posting these I believe they will take some of the mystery out of assembly, there is tuning todo as stated in slide but in general this is now a known thing. 

We can Thank Electro for his  tireless hard work on this as with out that we would have found it very difficult to get this far,

Attached  here pics of insulation , can be fiber glass string ribbon got stator insulation or nylon 
coating resin is good for repairs to stripped  wire
