I found a 30kV (peak to peak) 50Mhz differential probe from Pintek at 400€ on this site :

you'll have to include taxes + customs fares (~140€ for Belgium) to pay at your local post office before receiving your package ... so that's ~550€ for this probe

To bad this guy stopped developing a GUI for the AD5933 and is good enough for 100kHz. He switched to a Analog Discovery!
