I created the two attached documents to allow me to quickly find selected posts from 2 threads where people where trying to understand how the WFC works.  I am posting them as I keep going back to them to see what was said on a topic and I can find things quickly in them.  As Ronnie had a working cell and was posting what he had learned I have highlighted the start of his posts green. Items in cyan are quotes as post highlighting was lost when I copied them.  Yellow items where things I thought were important did this to help be find things quicker.  Red is things that seems to be critical or just items I want to come back to.  I have include the link to original post in most cases so you can quickly go back to original post by holding Control key and clicking on link

Collection of Posts from Stans Vic Reverse Engineered and ready to build thread was the first thread.  In it people are starting to figure things out.  Lot of discussion of measuring things.  What I found most useful was the discussion on how to solve the impedance equations for the VIC coil. Using this information I was able to solve the impedance equation in excel could not have done that without the information in this thread. Near  to thread things tapper off but Ronnie talked about several critical  things that had not been discussed before.  So I included those in beginning of second document.  Note:  There are most like things from middle of this thread that are not in document as I started this collection process after reading thread and I did not go all the way through it again.

Collection of Posts from Stanley Meyer Works Thread.  This thread continues where the first one left off.  Again at the start of this collection I included several pages of posts from near end of first thread.  I did this because I considered all of them to be very important.  He made several statements about operation of system about timing and wave forms voltage levels that I have not seen anywhere else. His focus in this thread was different it appears to me he had better understand why it worked was trying to pass on that knowledge.  I leaned a lot from him and others in both these threads.  Like in the other thread he does make a statement every once in while says do this to make it work then moves on, again not sure them have all been picked up as when I look a other documents that state this is what needs to done to build system these statements are missing.

Note:  I have made minor corrections in both these threads, typos selling etc., mainly as I am using them in word and I wanted to get rid of its high lighting so it was easier for me to read and focus on what was important.

Both of these documents were created for my own use and with exception of a few notes are the work of others and thank them all. I have provided them in pdf format but use Word for my own use. I can provide work version if anyone wants it.  As this is not my work but collection of posts from this forum it is open source information.

Those notes actually made me remember why I designed an offset circuit as well as a sync circuit for the gate and resonant frequencies.

Thanks for the video it showed me what I should be looking for as I build Stan's circuits.  I started with the Variable Pulse Generator.  Have a bread board started and ordered all the parts for it and the gate board.  Already have the 555 working and verified that it is doing what I expected. Though I did not expect the off time to be short.  Waiting for rest of the part to arrive.

Doing for a couple of reasons (gives me something to do and refreshes my building and electronics skills).  But main reason it tells me what Stan did as one thing I have gotten out all my reading is he did everything for a reason and he re-used things that worked.  In my collection of notes you should see Ronnie did the same thing and posted what he learned in here.  By doing this I have already answered some of my questions about where things where generated. This has been one of my question since I started reading as I have learned over years timing and configuration are very important.  Ronnie stated it was all done in the GMC.  Generation of signal. syncing. setting DC offset etc.  Even though I have been looking at circuits I did catch that the analog wave started in Variable Pulse Generator until I did an analysis of the circuit.

As go I planning to check and apply Ronnie's comment where he said to do something.  I guess I look at things a little different I am used to starting with a set of requirements, then having test plans and procedures to verify what you build meets requirements.  The analysis I did of the above two circuit started that process for me.  By defining inputs and outputs it told me things that were important to Stan.  I even started a requirements document to try and trace what needs to be done to build system which is very difficult given however thing is interrelated.

I keep see people claim there is a better way to do something or a better part and I do not disagree as long as it does all the functions and not just some of them.  If you leave things out you need to know what they did and that you do not need that function in new design.

I think one of biggest mistakes people are making is focusing on resonance of the cell and yes it is import but it requires a conditioned cell to work properly and my question is what does it take to condition the cell?  Ronnie appears to be one of few it talk much about this and even states once it is conditioned he will not let anyone touch his cell.

I glad people are finding the collection useful has been for me and notice new things when I reread them.

The biggest key I see in Stan’s work is getting the oxygen atom in water to give up its electron.

Electrolysis process:
2H2O….splits into OH- and H3O+
This split happens all the time in water even starting with 0 volts, look into the "lord kelvin water dropper".
Notice this is just the hydrogen ion moving, oxygen kept the electrons in place.

OH- heads to positive, H3O+ heads to negative plate

Somewhere close to the + plate OH- split…The H ion being repelled by the plate and O kept all electrons.  O finally reaches the + plate and gives up 2 electrons into the circuit.

The other side is the same. H3O gets close to the negative plate and the oxygen starts getting repelled.  At some point the H becomes an Ion and leaves the oxygen behind (with all electrons).  H+ then collects and electron from the negative plate.

This process is repeated regardless of voltage, frequency, cell size, cell design, etc….  Higher voltage will allow faster reactions to occur, but still moving electrons external to the water bath and consuming power.

So the question becomes: what light frequency (wavelength) and intensity is needed to ionize the oxygen molecule in water? 
Once Hydrogen breaks free, in the voltage field, with the electron then H2 and O2 can be produced without external current source.

Allowing light to ionize oxygen and voltage field to "pull" the elements apart.

To the best of my knowledge, the pulsing frequency, which feeds the VIC primary coil, full well can differ from one "equal" such setup to another in order to get the Meyer process going as the frequency ultimately is dependent on things such as cell properties, VIC coils, etc, so the frequency sort of "becomes what it becomes" for your Meyer WFC setup at hand.

So in my opinion then, if there is such a unique wavelength needed for the Meyer process to kick in, then it will show itself during tuning, provided you follow the steps outlined by Meyer, which is now being compiled by Earl based on Ronnies thread, with valuable additions from HMS.

Anyway, this is all speculation anyway as, well, there's still no public bulletproof document explaining how you can replicate a true to the word Meyer WFC...........that is, not yet anyway ;-)

Made a little more progress the last couple of days while waiting for parts I ordered as I decided to look at analog side.  Not really my thing as digital always made more sense to me.  I did find I could figure most of it out give I have the circuit diagram and also the component values.  For me it would be an impossible tasks without those.  Google has been a great help as I can usually find someone who describes what part does wired the way it is in the circuit.  It also help have read most of the posts in here and a lot Stan's documents so I have a general ideal what it is suppose to do.   WO 92/07861, where most of the circuit diagrams come from. was a great general overview.  With all that I did tackle the two analog voltage circuits and drafted 2 more analysis documents.  Need to review them before I post them. 

I have a better feeling for what these circuit actually do and I am pretty sure I see where the DC offset in the signal is getting set (OFF SET) in Voltage Amplitude Control circuit as Ronnie said it was done using a 741 configure as in this circuit this location make sense.  I always though the two analog circuit were located together until I was looking for the pots for the Voltage Analog Control circuit.  Found these pots on VIC front panel and that the Analog Voltage Generator shares front panel with Digital Control Means card.

What I did not find yet is where the Analog Pulse train is created from the clock signal, though I now believe it is being done on the Digital Control Means Card, as the same chip that preforms that function for the digital pulse is on the it.  I did a quick look and the analog "clock pulse" goes through this chip and output of the Means card goes into Analog Voltage generator as a pulse train.

It appears that several of the other circuits from WO 92/07861 on the VIC card.  I have a redrawn set of circuits  looks like they are on VIC, that I got from a thread in here I think one of Ronnie's but not sure at this point. That makes sense as I do not see then on any other cards but I do not thing I have seen a complete circuit for VIC is there one somewhere?

Parts came for Adjustable Freq. Generator today so I was able to get the whole circuit working and did some testing. Found a few errors in the analysis I posted and corrected them and posted updated version with o-scope pictures of the output of each of the stages.  Found that the 90 % time pulse out of 555 Timer is turned into 50 % square wave in the 7490 which also divide by 10 not 4 (another mode I hate data sheets). The square wave is good news at that is a good input into analog wave generations and it is unlikely Timer output will be used as frequency would be to high.
