I think I found it by doing a "Magnetic Vortex Engine" search. Not sure which search engine I used. Probably DuckDuckGo

That's what I also found, a lot of text and no drawings/schematics to show how it's all put together, alas.
I'm sure there's those who don't have any problems to "convert" this text into schematics, etc, but my brain is a tad too dull for those kind of mind puzzling activities.
Or maybe I'm just lazy, whatever.
