If Maxwell said moving magnetic field creates an electric and vise versa and all that in turn explains radio waves propagating, how would I create a moving E-field to create electricity in a wire?

Or are they so entangled I just pulse a coil and induction to another coil does just that?

I think I am asking questions that are too stupid :) I will just test this like I should
