So we have firmed up that the cells bust be in series and in pairs and also have bypass diodes  to level out the operations in case of under performing cell
stopping tune of whole system this solves alot of the issue.

worth note-ing  stan used 9 tube to learn I believe he learnt cells to be in series pairs and the 9th tube is heater.
here is a pic using by pass diode so series cells do not collapse others and pairs balance inner outer resistance
relevant to 5 , 9, 11 & 7 tube wfc units all have heater tubes

we have the systems doing testing
high temp nylon in 18 inch insulated 11 cell and standard wfc 11 cell

faster than cnc  deeper tube socket and 2 bar rated and water proof  very strong
print fill and strength 3d printer i have now are giant  height range

After 5 years on the shelf I am pulling out my tube set and VIC so I can get back to work and post the videos of a fully functioning replication that everyone is waiting for. Or so I hope....

First step will be to print a new cell holder/reservoir. I am certain the STL files are around here somewhere but I can't remember where, does anyone know?

Dan,

Whose nylon filament do you recommend? It looks like they have several different varieties currently for sale on Amazon.

Resonant Cavity Machining Template STLs_5-22-2024

Saved from Stans Legacy Thank you Stan Meyer and All who help replicate and Copy Stans Work

Please be aware that new templates will be added when DIY machining techniques are tested. Check regularly until this banner is removed - indicating the below listed have been finalized and tested.

We understand that the machining of fluted inner electrodes for the Water Resonant Cavity, Gas Resonant Cavity and inner electrode for Gas Processor, etc. are cost prohibitive to many people. Current prices here in the USA for 1 - 4 inch fluted water resonant cavity was $50/each. Inspired to give fellow Stan Meyer researchers more economic options/methods, the below templates can be 3D printed and used for DIY machining. Main tools needed will be:

1.) Creality 3D printer, which you'll need to do other things related to Stan Meyer

2.) A Dremel rotary tool - with metal cutting wheel

3.) A bench vise

4.) A 1/2" chuck cordless drill
