            Ever tried Building a HHO dry Cell with 6inch X 6inch,,30plates  12Volts ,,Na OH electrolyte,,1/2" plexiglass,bolts heat shrink,Rubber Gaskets to compress it all together !! Wondering how long it would take to blow-off at 5-10PsI ...???
Never built a Dry Cell an I need all the Help I can Get !!!

Has anyone ever tried using a golf cart controller to power an HHO cell. I ask cause ive seen alot of pwm's rated around 50 amps or less and these pwm controllers are rated for 250 amps plus.
