I know we can Get 1 Femto second and Picsecond autocorrelators
and switch boards for fast switching Light emitting diodes.

We have a requirement for at least 2 led driver
switches like these the mosfed switch is like slow motion light band may be right but it is far to slow of a scr.
If we have a way to extract and regulate power load from the electrons from hho cells this would help people test alot more use of leds and electron extraction from cells.
1 circuit is needed for the cell water bath in stans design he had it as a load,
my question is how to control or tap that power correctly from cell if cell is a capacitor with lets say 1000 volts how do we ground with out effecting the cell that into a 12 volt 24 voltage type circuit
to power the autocorrelator is it a voltage regulator which type linear ? I hope this spark some interest to slove this parts of stand puzzel and advance it ,
what would such a circuit look like ,

for the Gas Processor
I guess it may be easier or same just connect to power we have and or use same as above extracting from the extracted electrons into a cap
a simple circuit to put out electrons
from cell and put it to a cap and voltage reg behind a diode?
