By now, it is obvious to me that the so called "overunity" devices as demonstrated by Tariel Kapanadze, Floyd Sweet, Steven Mark, Don Smith, Alfred Hubbard, SR193 and others, draw their energy from the nuclei located in material which forms a part of the device. They are, in effect, conversion devices, converting excess energy of the nuclei to electricity and/or heat. In these devices, the fuel materials tend to be selected such as to have a non-zero spin, typically: copper, brass, aluminium, alloys of iron and the like. Therefore it has been speculated that Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) may play a significant role in the process of energy extraction from these materials through magnetic manipulation of their nuclei. In time, after many experiments, the conclusion was that the magnetic resonance alone, i.e. flipping of nuclei (transitions between various states of nuclear precession) with radio frequency, may only influence extremely unstable nuclei and make them beta decay (beta NMR). This phenomenon may be useful in some methods of energy generation, but the NMR method, in the case of power extraction from metals, suffers from some fundamental problems. In metals, the depth of penetration of RF energy is very limited due to eddy currents. This, in principle, limits the amount of volume of the material that experiences transitions between precession states. In general, it is accepted that only the spins of nuclei located in the skin layer of thickness take part in the resonance absorption of energy of the varying magnetic field.

When the field starts to rise, the magnetic moments try to orient themselves along the field. However, because the nuclei also have spin, the torque on the magnetic moments will cause the nuclei to precess. This precession will be fastest at the peak of the magnetic field. At this point. the acceleration of the Cu disc will also be greatest. This will shift the precessing nuclei position, to interact strongly with shell electrons, and forced transmutation will occur. The ejected electrons will then form a strong current pulse, as discussed above, which will be coupled by electromagnet coil L and pulse charge the capacitor C.

This will increase the current flowing in the electromagnet in the next cycle of the electrical oscillation, which in turn, will increase the amplitude of mechanical oscillation. This process will repeat itself to the point of the system destruction at the expense of the energy from Cu transmutation. To prevent the self destruction, it is advisable to connect the spark-gap across the LC circuit to discharge (waste) the excess energy thus maintaining the electromechanical oscillations at the safe level. Excess energy can also be coupled by few turns of winding wrapped around the electromagnet and utilised.

Yet another possible implementation of the above idea is even more intuitive. It consists in placing one of the turns of a coil inside the coil. In this arrangement, the coil L also forms an L-C circuit in conjunction with the capacitor C, as shown in Fig.5a where a single turn of a coil winding is placed within the coil:






Here, the schematic layout is shown in Fig.5a. The single-turn ring resonator is shown in Fig.5b, and the top view of the arrangement is shown in Fig.5c. The connecting wires to the ring resonator are marked as ca and cb respectively. The hard insulator also supports the ring mechanically. Vibration of the ring is marked by double sided arrows V shown in Fig.5b. The gap between coils La and Lb is only shown to help with visualising the way that the coils sandwich the ring. In reality, the coils touch one another and the ring is placed inside, not actually touching the coils. Alternatively, coils La and Lb can be fitted with cores and the ring may than be placed in the gap between those cores, but not actually touching the cores.

If this single turn (in general, it can be more than one turn), is made of brass or copper and is prepared so as to form a ring, (as indicated in Fig.5b), then the turn will form a mechanical ring resonator. The direction of vibrations in this ring is marked by double sided arrows (one of them marked V). Since the ring is part of the coil winding, the current oscillating in the L-C circuit will, of course, also flow through the ring. Owing to the fact that the ring is immersed in the magnetic field of the coil, the mechanical vibration of this resonator will be excited by the Lorenz force which will try to expand or shrink the ring radially. The frequency of this force will be twice the frequency of the oscillations of the L-C circuit. This is because when the current flowing through the ring changes direction, the magnetic field in the coil also changes direction. The ring's fundamental resonant frequency corresponds to the mode in which all the points of the ring move radially outward together and then radially inward together. This is analogous to the fundamental longitudinal oscillation mode of the rod. Thus, the resonant frequency fr of ring vibrations is: fr = vL/Pi.d, where vL is the longitudinal speed of the sound wave in the material of the ring (e.g. copper), Pi is 3.1415926535 and d is the diameter of the ring.

I mean think about it. A capacitor or battery destroys itself but not the energy. Energy can not be created nor destroyed. It's impossible to create or destroy energy but we can transform it. Ok so the energy was completely wasted away inside of the power source as dissipated HEAT.

So the power supply basically experiences a complete HEAT death, however it's still energy albeit completely wasted away as HEAT but it's still energy nevertheless.

Let's take our microscope and zoom in even further on the situation. The energy coming from our power source is going back to basically kill itself right? Energy can't be created nor destroyed, it's more like a HEAT death inside of the power source. It's not like the energy is being destroyed, it's just being completely wasted away as HEAT radiating away inside of the power source. Same thing for our example of the gallon of water and letting it splatter all over the floor or ground.

Ok so let's say we wasted 100% of our energy away as a HEAT death inside of the power source. The forward current went through the load and now the power source is completely dead, 0% energy left. This forward current has a magnetic field around it. It is said that this magnetic field is in exact proportion to the 100% that we completely wasted away inside the power source. For the most part we can recover part of that 100% from the magnetic field collapsing.

Let's say the system was perfect. In a perfect world in an ideal system of 100% we could recover 100% of the energy. We would do this through the use of a collapsing magnetic field which would be proportional to the HEAT death or wasting away of the energy inside of the power source. Let me say something right here. First of all, all 100% of the energy that went into destroying the power source is still there! It's just now in the form of HEAT that destroyed the battery and escaped out into the atmosphere.

What is this guy talking about you may ask yourself??!! It's really easy to understand. We measure how much power or wattage that is coming out of a battery or capacitor. What we are really reading is the HEAT death occurring in the power supply. We are just measuring the amount of destruction of the power source. We are also measuring the amount of energy that is being transformed into HEAT inside of the power source.

The energy or (water) has now moved from the state of potential to the state of kinetic. Has the water been destroyed from a HEAT death? No of course not, we have simply recycled it and collected it in another gallon. The amount of work it takes to move the energy around from low to high and back to low again would be identical but it's not because the paddle wheel is inserted into the system.

Now I would like to finish up with a summary with all the factors combined together that I would like to emphasize here. A capacitor or battery starts with 100% of the energy in a system. A forward current that comes out of a battery or capacitor and or through a load and then back into itself is completely wasted away. But that doesn't mean that the energy has disappeared! The energy is still there except now it has simply been transformed into a form of HEAT inside the power source.

It is still 100% of the energy. Now take into account that there is yet even more energy stored in the magnetic field from the forward current. You now cut off the current from flowing and being transformed into HEAT inside the power source which is still 100%. It's still the same energy but it's just in another form now.

Now the energy that has now been transformed into HEAT has stopped flowing. This causes the magnetic field to collapse and return let's say 80% of the energy. Now we literally have 180% of the energy left in the system.

One hundred percent is in the form of HEAT returning back to the environment never to be electrically utilized ever again. While the other percentage is 80% from the collapsing magnetic field which can be electrically utilized several times over.

These two energies have nothing to do with each other and are completely separate from one another.

What we can't see is the form of energy it's been transformed into which is HEAT. However we can measure the product of this wastage on meters as electrical power, voltage, current and wattage.

This all occurs with the forward current. Meanwhile the back current is still giving us even more energy. This is the energy that we are also all familiar with on our meters and it came from the collapsing magnetic field.

What does this tell us about the magnetic field of the forward current? Logically speaking and thinking in this thought experiment, it means that the magnetic field is a stand alone energy source that is individual and separate from the current in which it comes from. This is evidenced as 100% of the energy in the form of HEAT co-existing along with the energy in the magnetic field. We can measure this forward current with a meter.

Warmth Course, The Theory of Heat

I will simply say that when the temperature condition is measured with a thermometer,
there is a feeling that since we measure the degree above or below zero, we are getting an
objective temperature measurement. In our thinking we consider that there is a
fundamental difference between this objective determination in which we have no part
and the subjective determination, where our own organization enters into the experience.

I would like to impress you with the fact that we have completely lost our feeling for
the real being of heat under the influence of certain ideas to be described presently. And,
along with this loss, has gone the possibility of bringing this being of heat into relation
with the human organism itself, a relation which must be all means be established in
certain aspects of our life.

A proper attitude toward the relation of the heat-being to the human organism cannot,
however, be attained on the basis of a mechanical view of heat. The reason is, that in so doing,
one neglects the fact that the various organs are quite different in their sensitiveness to this heat-being,
that the heart, the liver, the lungs differ greatly in their capacity to react to the being of heat.

Our whole life process is bound up with this fact that we have in us no temperature reference point.
If we could establish such a reference point within ourselves, it would necessitate an entirely
different state of consciousness, a different soul life. It is precisely because the reference
point is hidden or us that we lead the kind of life we do.

When, however, you theorize about the sphere, as to how its atoms and molecules are
arranged, and when you abandon the possibility of observation, you cannot in such a case
look into the matter and investigate it — you can only theorize. And in this realm you
will do no better than you did when you applied your thinking to the course of Achilles.
That is to say, you carry the whole incompleteness of your logic into your thinking about
something which cannot be made the object of observation. This is the tragedy. We build
explanation upon explanation while at the same time we abandon observation, and think
we have explained things simply because we have erected hypotheses and theories. And
the consequence of this course of forced reliance on our mere thinking is that this same
thinking fails us the moment we are able to observe. It no longer agrees with the
observation.

The moment we pass over from kinematics to mechanics where force and mass concepts
are brought in, at this moment, we cannot rely on thinking alone, but we begin simply to
read off what is given from observation of the phenomena. With unaided thought we are
not able to deal adequately even with the simplest physical process where mass plays a role.

But, people will learn to recognize the fact that it is simply impossible for
men to carry over to conditions on the sun or to the cosmic spaces what may be
calculated from those heat phenomena available to observation in the terrestrial sphere.
It will be understood that the sun's corona and similar phenomena have antecedents not
included in the observations made under terrestrial conditions. Just as our speculations
lead us astray when we abandon observation and theorize our way through a world of
atoms and molecules, so we fall into error when we go out into the macrocosm and carry
over to the sun what we have determined from observations under earth conditions. Such
a method has led to the belief that the sun is a kind of glowing gas ball, but the sun is not
a glowing ball of gas by any means.

Lecture II

I have already said that the real meaning of those ideas and concepts of physical phenomena that were still prevalent in ancient Greece have been lost. Experimentation was started and without the inner thought process still gone through in ancient Greece, ideas and concepts were taken up parrot-fashion, as it were. Then all that the Greeks included in these physical concepts was forgotten. The Greeks had not simply said, “Solid, liquid, gaseous,” but what they expressed may be translated into our language as follows:

Whatever was solid was called in ancient Greek earth;
Whatever was fluid was called in ancient Greece water;
Whatever was gaseous was called in ancient Greece air.

It is quite erroneous to think that we carry our own meaning of the words earth, air and water over into old writings where Grecian influence was dominant, and assume that the corresponding words have the same meaning there. When in old writings, we come across the word water we must translate it by our word fluid; the word earth by our words solid bodies. Only in this way can we correctly translate old writings. But a profound meaning lies in this. The use of the word earth to indicate solid bodies implied especially that this solid condition falls under the laws ruling on the planet earth. (As stated above, we will come upon these things in following lectures from the fact themselves; they are presented today in this historical sketch simply to further your understanding of the matter.)

Solids were designated as earth because it was desired to convey this idea: When a body is solid it is under the influence of the earthly laws in every respect. On the other hand, when a body was spoken of as water, then it was not merely under the earthly laws but influenced by the entire planetary system. The forces active in fluid bodies, in water, spring not merely from the earth, but from the planetary system. The forces of Mercury, Mars, etc. are active in all that is fluid. But they act in such a way that they are oriented according to the relation of the planets and show a kind of resultant in the fluid.

The feeling was, thus, that only solid bodies, designated as earth, were under the earthly system of laws; and that when a body melted it was influenced from outside the earth. And when a gaseous body was called air, the feeling was that such a body was under the unifying influence of the sun, (these things are simply presented historically at this point,) this body was lifted out of the earthly and the planetary and stood under the unifying influence of the sun. Earthly air being were looked upon in this way, that their configuration, their inner arrangement and substance were principally the field for unifying forces of the sun.

It will not be possible, my friends, to escape from materialism unless we cease being Philistines just in this field of physics. The narrow-mindedness comes about just because we go from the concrete to the abstract, for no one loves abstractions more than the Philistine. He wishes to explain everything by a few formulae, a few abstract ideas. But physics cannot hope to advance if she continues to spin theories as has been the fashion ever since the materialism of the Academia del Cimento. The ancient’s believed that there were four “elements” that all physical reality was composed of. These were Earth, Water, Air and Fire. In modern language, we can restate this as follows. There are four “states” that all matter appears as. These are solid, liquid, gas and heat. From an etheric science point of view, heat is the fourth state of matter and the transition state between matter and ether. Here is why. The only difference between the appearance of ice, water, or steam, for example, is its temperature or internal heat condition. Heat is absolutely fundamental in all considerations regarding matter because a change in heat is the only element required to bring about a change of state from solid to liquid or from liquid to gas. In solid matter, the “atoms” are very close together and they bind each other in a way that allows them to hold their shape without being in a container. Heat can be added to the solid and its temperature will rise, correspondingly, until the melting point is reached. At this point, adding more heat does not raise its temperature, but rather causes the material to change state as the solid melts into a liquid. Once all of the material is liquified, adding more heat once again causes the temperature to rise. In liquid matter, the “atoms” are less close together and they bind each other in a way that allows the liquid to take the shape of whatever open topped container it is put in. As more heat is added to the liquid, the “atoms” move farther apart until the boiling point is reached. At this point, once again, adding more heat does not raise its temperature, but rather causes the material to change state as the liquid boils into a gas. Once all of the material is gaseous, adding more heat once again causes the temperature to rise. In gaseous matter, the “atoms” are so far apart that they will hold no shape at all and can only be contained by a complete enclosure. As more heat is added to the gas, the “atoms” become so dispersed that eventually, all that is left is the heat. The relationships between heat, temperature, matter and state are quite complex and cannot easily be reduced to simple explanations. Steiner’s explorations of these relationships go into great detail, forming a seamless line of logic, backed up by a great deal of experimental data. Anyone interested in the nature of heat should study Rudolf Steiner’s Warmth Course.

We have a multi-faceted, well-rounded and balanced divine female figure; the Virgin Mary merged with Mary Magdalene, Artemis with Hecate, Kore Persephone with Demeter, a reclamation and recognition of female divinity in various forms, from the sexual, to the nurturing, to the severe and mocking. These are faces that, whilst not all are pleasant, are all manifestations of the polar forces coming down from the Tree of Life’s supernal triad.

Whilst the Tree of Life is based on opposites, the importance of following the middle pillar is often stressed. But how can we know where the middle is without first knowing where the extremes are and is it actually possible to know them from a singular point of view? It is through our interactions with others, both good and bad, that we find the key to experiencing those aspects of ourselves. Personally, I think we need to embrace our multiple faces and not fear our shadow selves, for this is what truly enables us to see clearly the middle pillar, which leads us on our own alchemical journey to divine love.
