using a solar panel to collect voltage without light

I once did a test with the resonant bifilar coil, where I connected a antenna to the resonant voltage.

One end of the coil (outside) was connected to the earth ground (water pipes)

the other end to a antenna made of metal rods forming a octaeder.

the field produced was dielectric and since light "photons" where dielectric energy (ken wheeler).
I speculated that a solar panel should be able to collect the field and produce voltage.

I had a small garden led light with a solar panel.
I ripped it out, did some measurements with light.

then I taped it with black tape. no more light...

when i put the solar panel inside the octahedron It produced a large voltage (much larger then with light)

I never explored it again. but i thought it was worth sharing.

It did transform my way of thinking about energy and light.

I cant remebmer (but is should me some where in my notes) for sure , it could be i used a diode to rectify the standing wave before going to the antenna.

the field inside the octahedron antenna was strongest inside, dielectric fields seem to radiate outwards and inwards (even more so)

A solar panel, is a light sensitive diode. creating voltage, when light hits it.
Today I have presented you with phenomena that all take
place in an area we could call the electrical realm. These phenomena
all have something in common: they behave toward us
in a way that is quite different from the way sound, light, and
even heat phenomena behave. We float, so to speak, in light,
sound, and heat in the way we have described in the preceding
reflections. We can’t say that so easily about electrical phenomena,
for we don’t perceive electricity as something that is as specific
as light. Even when electricity is forced to expose itself to
us, we perceive it by means of a light phenomenon. This has
long since led us to say that electricity doesn’t have a sense
associated with it in human beings. Light has the eye as sense
in the human being, sound has the ear, and for heat a kind of
heat sense is construed. It is said that there isn’t anything similar
for electricity, which is perceived in a mediated way. However,
we simply can’t go beyond this characteristic of mediated
perception unless we progress to a scientific examination of
nature like the one we have at least inaugurated here. When we
expose ourselves to light, we do it in such a way that we float in
the element of light and take part in it ourselves, at least partially,
with our consciousness. That is equally the case with heat
and with sound. We can’t say that about electricity.

...

By descending along complicated paths, which we were
only able to sketch out roughly today, we are actually descending
into the realm of electrical phenomena, into that same
realm we have to descend into even to arrive just at mass. What
are we doing when we study electricity and magnetism? We are
studying concrete matter. You descend into matter when you
study electricity and magnetism!
And what an English
philosopher said is very true: In earlier times people imagined
in the most various ways that matter was the basis of electricity.
Now we have to accept that what we believe to be
matter is actually none other than fluid electricity. Previously,
we atomized matter. Now we think that electrons move
through space and have similar characteristics to those we used
to attribute to matter.
Although we don’t admit it, we have taken the first step
toward overcoming matter and toward acknowledging that we
are descending in the realm of nature when we make the transition
from light, sound, and heat phenomena to electrical phenomena;
we are descending to something that is related to
those phenomena in the same way that our will is related to our
thinking life.
