Sorry I don't have time to watch videos right now, but this may help!!

Check out Alex petty tread. Although his hho production is small it is the concept of how to connect the circuit which is big! he is only using a 9V battery and procues hho with KVolts! amazing stuff!!

wow! I just looked at your first vid. You need an SCR!! I have box a full!! maybe I should dig them out and check their spec. SCRs are a bit old fashioned, used for very specific purposes now, modern devices are usually up to the job.

But one thing that struck me about your vid, 1. you may have too many projects going at the same time. 2. becareful! that tv flyback transformer can pack a nasty punch.

Many people have steered me away from the SCR and into using mosfets. SCR are older technology and are not as good at switching, the voltage has to drop completely to zero for it to shut off.  Ya old fashioned you could say.

Using a TLP-250 and Mosfet IRFP-264 works very good and easy to hook up Look at the bottom center of schematic
