yeah kinda fun, will be making a another one... already tried the other method of etching, using a marker to coat the pcb, Then scratching and doing a real etching. seemed ok, but i think with new bits and a slower moment i can make it work. more to do as all ways :) ~Russ

"deep" the bit? tried to only go deep enough to cut the copper...

next step is to do this:

That is to do the marker etch method, that seems that it will work but I'm going to go back to the mill and try again. i think its better if i can get it right.

Third step : go back to the mill method. got some real bits ordered, more copper clad boards coming...  think i got a better jig set up and i found some problems and fixed them. so milling should work this time...

If you guys think that is cool, wait until Russ presents his dual-extruder (top / bottom) 3D printer that can also make double sided boards in a single pass.  No flips required.    hehe
