Outer tubes 1 inch diameter, 
inner tubes 3/4 inch diameter
Thickness 1/16 inch 
316 L Stainless Steel. or higher.
16 to 18  inches long 418 mm to 458 mm
Gap 1mm to 2mm
9 Tube sets ( 18 Tubes inner and outer)
Clear tube acrylic 600/610 mm Aprox or 24 inches
end caps
can 3d print end caps for spacing see thingiverse .com
allo lift base of tube from base of cell 2-3 inches 
can reson set end caps or mill from acrylic
Note make a acrylic flange don't tap into the cylinder not strong enough.
when bolt end caps. use this 3d end cap to get spacing right. can adjust in www.blender.com

Hopes this helps people build more 9 tube cells the longer the tube the more gas you get the putter + cathod electrode is bigger surface area than the inner negative anode makes alot more gas than plate cells

Nice!

I think it's kinda funny how Stan said that he built this thing just as a show piece for the patent guys to make a bunch of gas in a dramatic way! haha But it IS the most basic and simple application of the "voltage pulling apart the water molecule" and therefore a great thing to get down. Also, if you wanted to be crude, you could just run a hose off the top of this thing right to the intake manifold of an old engine and simply adjust the timing to just after top-dead-center. Good stuff!

Missing and now found

OPtimus I was reviewing the Files and noticed this was no in the Stp or 3 d object etc IGES

I put this together with some   notes which are closer to stand original
1 Vents in side for gas  rising
2 mounts small holes it appears stand made some little bracket to hold the spacer securely

  improve on the ring connect hub / jumper.

worth note-ing  stan used 9 tube to learn I believe he learnt cells to be in series pairs and the 9th tube is heater.
here is a pic using by pass diode so series cells do not collapse others and pairs balance inner outer resistance
relevant to 5 , 9, 11 & 7 tube wfc units all have heater tubes
