Like a clamp coil, clamp it around arms, legs, neck (speaking in robotic anatomy terms) and then rip the apart.

Do Los Alamos National Laboratories know about this?

Imagine a set of neodymium magnets exploding inside a coil/core in order to power a seriously heavy duty version of this coil...........the net result = EMP blast without all the rest of the nasty things coming from a nuke warhead going off.
