Unfortunately my friend Google told me that I'd better sit this one out and wait and see if this is merely just another way of fooling your home electric energy meter and nothing else.
As always, time will tell and I'd love to be proven wrong here.

Thanks it sounds too good to be true, but was hoping that since he has released the blueprint someone with a better understanding can do some tests. Also if it really is just wishful thinking don't delete just affirm that it is a hoax so others like myself can see it it is. Thanks
