Is it possible to construct a Zener diode full wave bridge rectifier?
The diodes that would be used have a breakdown voltage of 15 volts.
I have a Tesla type of power source that puts out 1200 dc volts and very few milliamps of current.
Say I made this bridge rectifier and connected the power source to it.
Would the rectifier put out 15 volts and the few milliamps of current?
The diode I have in mind is rated at 5 watts and 15 breakdown volts.
Any help greatly appreciated.
