Have you guys seen this circuit before?

I took a snapshot picture of the video when Stan was showing the slides..
I haven't seen this kind of circuit before...
to bad we don't have access to the original slides... or does anybody?

cant read the text, but the middle section looks like the water cell, he commonly depicts it as a capacitor and resistor in parallel.
The two end portions might be the resonating coils, it is a simplified version of whatever he is trying to explain, so wont be important if building circuits of stans.
