Mixing different technologies (hho.gass processor,sparkplug)

I am new at this though I have been reading this forum for a bit and watching vids. This may be stupid but here it goes. I was wondering what would occur if you take (PWM and a dry cell),create HHO, take the HHO (here ir gets tricky) somehow have pressorized ionized water throuh a small orfice then try to ignite with high voltage.

By all means, give it a shot.  When you say "ionized water", do you mean something other than water not having a pH of 7?

If you have a high enough HHO flow rate, it should be fairly easy to use that as an input to a paint sprayer setup where Bernoulli's Principal sucks the water up and mixes it with the HHO.

Think like the japanese temporarily dissolve or saturate the water with h2 by using
micro cavitation or micro mixing through vibration than inject that and ignite it

Hence those Paint mixing videos from japan when that ran cars on water and got shut down from talking about it
