Supposedly this gizmo works.  Anyone care to explain it?

The curious part for me is the wrap around the big transformer interconnect wires.  Is this acting like a capacitor, or coil, or both?

hummm. i think we debunked barbosa but maybe there was something there worth doing??? or not...?

There are three ways to approach this:
1. Grounds separate; antennas separate (as in the patent)
2. Grounds common, antennas separate (as in the Akula/Ruslan device)
3. Grounds separate, antennas connected (which is how I'm guessing Clarence's device works)

So how could we take advantage of this?

Recall the presentation by Eric Dollard when he talks about the Marconi device.  You have two waves, one through the ground and one through the air.  If each of these propagate at different speeds, there lies your potential difference.  All you need is the proper frequency offset to recombine the two waves (arriving at different times) without ever loading down the transmitter.  Making either the ground or air path zero (connected together) simplifies things a great deal.

I am currently busy replicating Clarence's replication based on his latest info.  He is currently sharing his latest findings and development on energeticforum.com. Clarence indicated that his system is limited in output for the same reason many others couldn't replicate with success due to the geomagnetic anomaly.  Your ground magnetic flux must be 140nT or above, or the ground captor will not be able to deliver COP1 or better with this device?  Clarence is himself busy with an additional development to try and eliminate the ground rods as his area is also low on magnetic flux. There is a lot of additional info on his progress at energeticfrum.com.  It seems he is close to higher output working system.
