Simple and easy.

I'm in the process of making a new hot end and now this has get me thinking. I'm already making a full metal hot-end. with cooling channels internal. ill attach a progress photo, but...  check this out:

FYI, i'm making a new hot-end because I'm using nylon and was having swelling problems with the way i had the other one mounted ( internal openings were giving me a lot of problems.

I like the idea with the Diamond hot end.  I've just never been a huge fan of bowden tubes.  Maybe that has been improved more lately?

well... not long bowden tubes. my 6" one seems to be fine. just enough to keep the weight off the end effector. 

there using long ones like 3 feet or more it looks like. they seem to be doing fine with them...
