Hi all,
I`ve uploaded my first video to youtube, but I`m not happy with the results. :(
The movie that i uploaded was good, but after uploading it to youtube,
you can see that youtube is reworking or compressing the file.
Can somebody please tell how to get the best results?

Have you tried another host, say Vimeo or Netflix?
It's really discouraging to see that Youtube's all restrictions and commercials etc also is spreading to the rest of these hosts, seems as though someone is calling all the shots for all of these.
I haven't uploaded anything for a while, maybe it's time though to start looking for another host, with not quite as many restrictions........for now........ :-(

YouTube will change the format on its own to make it better for the viewer and there system .

its normal.

after its done processing it will play just fine.

I think you`ve allready seen it, it was my entry for the Pulsemotor Build-off.
When i see it it sometimes look that the rotor is shaking at one place, while
in reality the rotation is normal and fast.
Someone gaved me already -1, so i thought i have to improve the quality of the vid.

ok, yeah, some times there is an option to " improve this video" make sure you done check that. or the stabilization option. in my opinion they make it worse. 

the -1 probably came from some one who dose not support our work. don't worry about it :) happens all the time to me :)
