This is even more interesting, don't for a minute believe some of it though.. :D
I believe he was telling the truth here.
Too bad he didn't give us any schematics though, I can't find anything substantial atleast from either him, Ralph Ring, or from Otis T. Carr for that matter.

I do believe Carr had learned much from Tesla, then built on his knowledge, to the point he had built flying saucers and that Ralph had ridden in one, I just don't believe the stuff about the mind and so on.

Boyd's N-N and S-S magnets are interesting, what would happen if you spun them like a gyroscope as they were falling in the gravity test. There are many unknown things about magnetisum and gravity that I think Carr discovered and why the government shut him down.

Good idea about the gyros :) I would add to eliminate aerodynamics get 3 plastic balls (kids toy) all same size and put the items inside. just tape is not good enough to eliminate all air flows.

If any of you guys have been following Ken Wheeler's work, you will already know that a permanent magnet has a gyro inside it.

Still, I think spinning them would be worth a try, anyone have the inclination to try this, as I myself don't have any magnets? :D

Still a pretty interesting video. I will never look at Bob Lazar the same again.
