ECU for Stanley Meyer TECH

Plug and play  piggy back like LPG Kits have.

This is the WAY
THis is the MODERN GMS For Stanley Meyer.
Time to start  reprograming and sharing software and ecu piggy back plug ins

Inputs
Sensors and switches provide electrical signals to the control unit. These signals are
provided to the ECU to inform it of various vehicle operating conditions. The electrical
inputs can be either analog or digital signals. However, all of the signals are converted to
digital signals before the ECU can process the information.

Digital Input Signals
Digital signals are ON-OFF (Hi-Low) voltage pulses Gated Signals.

Analog Input Signals
An Analog signal is a voltage that varies over a period of time. Analog signals are
produced by sensors in the vehicle. Sensors change resistance to deliver variable voltage
signals. This type of  Sensor sine wave signals are typical analog signals.

Control Unit Logic
The control unit processes digital signals in two forms. To the control unit the signal is
either ON or OFF. In computer logic an ON or high voltage signal is a "1" and an OFF or
low voltage signal is a "0". The control unit uses combinations of these signals to control its
outputs. The controller uses inputs from many sensors to determine what outputs it will
make and at what time it will make them. These outputs control a variety of functions from
automatic speed control to engine driveability.

Outputs
An Output is simply an action the control unit tells an electrical component to make. Based
on the calculations the control unit makes of the inputs, it will signal an action. The output
can tell a component to perform a function for a period of time.

Inputs We Have

  • Air Fuel Ratio Oxygen Sensor
    Crank position
    Camshaft/Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS)
    Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) For (egr)
The Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor measures changes in the intake manifold pressure resulting from engine load and speed changes. The ECM sends a 5-volt reference signal to the MAP
sensor. As pressure changes in the intake manifold occurs, the electrical resistance of the MAP sensor also changes. By monitoring the sensor output voltage, the computer can determine the
manifold absolute pressure. The higher the MAP voltage output the lower the engine vacuum, which requires more fuel. The lower the MAP voltage output the higher the engine vacuum, which
requires less fuel. Under certain conditions, the MAP sensor is also used to measure barometric pressure. This allows the computer to automatically adjust for different altitudes. The computer uses
the MAP sensor to control fuel delivery and ignition timing.
These are some of the most important signals that the ECM takes to control the fuel injection system in an efficient way for proper fuel management.
  • RPM of engine
    Oil Pressure
    Oil Temp
    Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS)
    Knock Sensor (KS)
  • Manifold Air temperature Sensor (MAT)
    Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)
    Engine Speed
    Out put shaft Speed
    Ignition
    Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)

Out put we have
  • Switch Outputs – On/Off Switch type outputs
PWM Outputs – variable frequency and duty cycle (e.g. injector or ignition)
Frequency Outputs – constant duty cycle (e.g. stepper motor – idle speed control)
    EGR Shut off solenoid
    Pump Relay
    Injector signals duty pulse
    Idle air control
    mixture control solenoid
    oxgen feed back solenoid
    purge control
    throttle bypass valve
    Air fuel ration
    Cool fan operation
    Egr Control of solenoid
    Fuel Delivery
    Ait air operation
    ide speed
    ignition time

Inputs We need

  • EGR Position
    Air Gate Position
    Duty Position
    Gate Position
    Pulse Frequency

    (please help add more here.)

Out Puts We Need
  • Duty Adjust
    Gate Adjst
    Pulse Freuency Adjust

We want

A LPG ECU Which
piggy Backs plug and play like most do now

one which can take alot more in out sensors and has
retrofit multi car make model after software we can add "fash"  with extra
in out sensors supported  to and in the software flash  like videos above.

The Goals

We want to use the TPS signal to adjust a out put of duty pwm and gate to VIC and Switch  .
As the engines RPM increases, it increases the voltage amplitude and gate's duty cycle proportionally.
We want to custom tune EGR solenoid timing and position
We want to control further the air intake to restrict ambient air in.  with a solenoid and position sensor.
We have 2 air intake both ionized and with air gate controls on them.
We want to controls advance r retard time
We want to use LPG control like fuel pump off and oxygen sensor map sensor adjust.

LETS GET PEOPLE INVOLVED

PLease  post

What you find and ideas on areas here.

Dan, I have a couple of comments:

1.  All these items you have posted are assuming there is a mystical black box that can produce hundreds of liters per minute of Hydrogen.  Where can I get one of those mystical black boxes and how would I power it?

2.  Another assumption is that a person would be building an entire automobile from scratch.  Here in the United States at least, it is a federal crime to in any way alter the fuel and emission systems of OEM produced vehicles, primarily because The State actually owns the vehicle, not individual persons.

Not trying to be negative, I just don't see a way anyone can take advantage of what you are offering without two major hurdles being solved first.

1.  All these items you have posted are assuming there is a mystical black box that can produce hundreds of liters per minute of Hydrogen.  Where can I get one of those mystical black boxes and how would I power it? We have Hydrogen Production Matt and we Have Tanks and Filling. we need to advance Matt we can make hydrogen readily from solar and wind and store it free and we can fill a tank in a car connected to this EASILY. That is what you should think!!!! That is real . For Meyer VIC and Cell We have ability to make Pure h and use on board in a pure h for from 30% mix up to cut fuel Meyer tech now how far you go above is how well you build that is what forum is for. What you have personally has to be a strong if making and storing or making on board and you will have to learn how to implement that , that is what this forum is for GO Getters!!!  Builder installers

2.  Another assumption is that a person would be building an entire automobile from scratch.  Here in the United States at least, it is a federal crime to in any way alter the fuel and emission systems of OEM produced vehicles, primarily because The State actually owns the vehicle, not individual persons.

"See this one you are being negative." If it is Pure H and you do not touch sensor or change system your legal right !!!!! That means you can make H on board and mix and save 30% with pure h Right !!!   I have gone to great effort to separate and show, that is you can buy a lpg kit and it fit any car and it runs smooth you can put the same kit on and run hydrogen gas and it will run smooth where you get the gas is like saying what is first the chicken or the egg. We can buy it make and store it fill from the storage, and we can make some on board as pure split cell gas, with many methods. We can inject is as a % from 10-50% and we can go for 100% conversion. We can inject as a mixer fuel from 0 rpm to 8000 rpm or we can inject as a cutting mix after 1500 rpm to 4000 rpm for example.

The whole point of me making such as direct detail thread  and well thought out is to offer the knowledge  to place the information so you as a builder can go through every link and learn every thing I put there.

What you will find is you can get a after market ecu install it easily and than you can work out what gas fuel or mixer you want it may be methanol it may be hydrogen that is up to your own build.  You can also find many people with skill who can give build tips with it

The path is crystal clear and we can advance from Stanley GMS now and from gasoline now,
and see the path for our own builds and what to spend time on..

Some of us are and have rebuilt whole cars, some of us have done simple lpg conversions and know it is not hard once you learn.

You may want to apply the tech to a bike or a boat.
But you would have to have a positive outlook to be a builder.

My  Objective it to be positive and contribute to forum and share
and I believe I have done that on this thread for every one to advance. Go out buy a pc of junk 2 ltr that is on LPG or butane with a good sequence injector system on it as shown in video and switch it to your hydrogen supply what every that may be or be from .

Not trying to be negative, I just don't see a way anyone can take advantage of what you are offering without two major hurdles being solved first.
IT IS EASY MATT WAKE UP EXAMPLE IN THE GMS THREAD = Also Are you Saying there are no Modified Cars in America? Most of the best inventions including Ignitions and injection where made by hot rodders, Take Staurt Hibourne For Example he invented mechanical Fuel injection and patented Mechanical Hydrogen injection so I am sorry I disagree with you,

Either your are a builder who wants it or you not. You will learn how to do it legally or you will learn how to get way with it either way. >
We will teach you.

If you look as the GMS thread you will see a example of a Hydrogen conversion for under $1800. Running and working
it runs from tanks yes but could easily  run as a 30%/70%  H / gasoline mix and or a whole variety of other mixes
Fact is it is real and not supressed , Don't be a nay sayer be a Super Builder.

All the best , better to put design and build than debate if you want to advise your opinion I placed  a poll survey on top of GMS
thread for you  Click I hate Hydrogen  it is the first choice .
Keep thread clean and clean from chatter and build.
