CPU fan / Magnets ??

This was my first project, since I could not resist , having already all the parts needed to check it out.

Got me no motion at all on the fan. Surprise !! :P
If you haven't already seen it, the idea is that the permanent magnets shall do the same thing as the coil magnets do (create the mag field). Thus no need for 12 V DC, like the normal fan.

Anyway that got me thinking. Is there a section in forum for reporting news on simple things like this working or not working ?
If not is it a good idea ?
... being to save time for people like me that can't resist trying :D

Gotcha!

It's happened to all of us at one time or another.  Don't feel too bad about it, but do learn from it.  Lots of faked videos, hoaxes and scams out there.  We could probably chew-up gigabytes of disk space trying to document them all.

There are principals involved in extracting free energy--what they all are yet, who really knows.  One concept that is very beneficial to understand is "broken symmetry".  You will hear this from Tom Bearden repeatedly.

The trick is to train your eye not to see what you want to see, but to see how a concept might be embedded in a video or document of some device.  Understand the concept first, only then build a prototype to test.  Now seriously, think about some permanent magnets placed around a fan motor--will this magically create some sort of vortex that starts the blades spinning?  If it could, would that have a name and would there be someone that specializes in its theory and understanding?  Would that same person be the one that made the video?

It's detective work and it takes time and patience.  Some of the real masters of this sort of technology, hate YouTube and forums--so you can expect to never see their work in those places.  What you might find though is someone like Russ that is very fluent making videos and getting them posted on YouTube and just by fate he managed to spend a few hours with one of these real masters.  Then you'll see something you can work with.

Hope this helps you some.  Trust me, I know where you are coming from.  We all do; we've all been there.

Yes thanks Matt. Not worth the energy to try keeping track of all fakes.
Already learnt to filter some of it, especially Yutube mmmm
My quick reply produced 2 identical entries in thread .... was that me ????

Yes, don't accept videos as any sort of proof.  I would say no more than just a slim piece of evidence.  We call it research, that is re-search, as in search again.

Probably so.  We have seen that with people using certain browsers or having proxies between the browser and the website.  Do check your posts and make sure they are correct; if not, try to clean them up best you can.
