Happy New Year, and since its a new year, lets talk about light year. This is all hypothetical of course for something new to think about regarding efficiently. If you have nothing else better to do this is just rambling thought. So do not blame me if you do not understand since it is not mean to be understood. LOL You been warned.
If you look up you are already seeing light years into the past. If the object gets close then you are seeing it close to you time. Now the trick is can you see light years 2 feet in front of your face?
Some scientists feel they can make devices to talk to the past with laser if they have the same device which just does not make sense. Others feel to rip holes in time to see or go in time which I find also silly. Some do admit that you can not go to the future since it has not been made yet which sound logical. Multi dimensions to try to explain everything without God just sounds insane and desperate.
But anyway those are the things that can and cannot be done I think. Now the problem is to see 2000 light year behind from 2 feet away from you. But then again if we look at other parts of physics like weight which show that you can lift 50 pounds but can not lift 500 pounds with your hand, but if you use a device like a lever you can lift it with your own muscle.
The best way if magnification at a high level off a planet 200 years away. But how many years does it take for zoom technology to double? Storage space technology doubles every few years which more people put money/interest into it.
One way to freeze the image light gives off was the invention of the camera which was an amazing thing or its time and impossible by many before then. So what thing distorts light to increase the length to reach one light year?... A mirror is one. The thing with mirror is how it is made which can distort and darken over a certain distance as shown in the image of the infinity mirror.
Just like how free energy has to have a formula to have as little loss so should a mirror have as little loss. But let's say the accuracy was 101% what would be the next step? Maybe to place the mirrors between each other to get a loop to reach a light year, and to have an input to capture the past light, with a camera like sensor to capture it. Also the reflection they say leans towards green. But hmmm the perfect mirror...
Maybe the catch would be it would need to capture the the past light. Which means you can't just turn if on and look around but would need to look at a distant which has captured the past light (image).
If you put mirror on a planet 1 light year away you would see an image of 2 light years or earth or the item in front of you with a strong enough magnification. If the mirror was on the moon which some say it is (0.0000000406 light years) Now if you add the device you would need to reflect the distance to the point it reaches your desired distance. The problem with all that is that you are not capturing the past light since it will take light years for the light in the device to catch up to be instance by light years. Also if you move the device is will take light years to readjust) lol So maybe that is out of the question.
BUT what would you be looking at? a void? I assume so. Just like if you have a camera capturing what it captures which is infinity. But what if a device was able to capture infinity clearer without a loss with an infinity mirror? Then the partial glass on one side can capture the light coming from it.
You can almost say one form of free energy can be in a way the same principle since if you capture the momentum that is stored it could take years to be drained. Well no one said everything in science was always solid since it always changed based on new evidence.
Sorry if you read this, I been hallucinating from a bad cold... (still have one) LOL This is a bad post but something to just think about if putting all the points down if someone got bored.
