He did not exactly say how to get free energy but that the reason why it is kept down.
If everyone is starving and all you have is Gold you can't eat gold and it cant protect you. Money can guy what you need so people should get what they need now before it becomes in high demand.
What the guy suggests is what monks do in monasteries, which they all the the same views and each person is willing to do what they can for each other. If you have a room with lions they will not attack each other unlike a room with lions and lambs. But it the lions are only in the room for a long time they night attack each other. If you put monks in a room their salvation does not depend on how full their stomachs are.
As for anonaki and aliens I find it a bitch far fetched.
