I would suggest not reading to much into the info about Ravi and lawton. Its never worked for anyone else and they really don't explain how it needs to work anyway.
Read Stan's patents, tech breif, sales manual; thats the best info out there. Ohh and don't forget about all the info we got from Dynodon : )

i agree, i have built  Lawton circuit and am very disappointed. the rustic is much much better for this application as its based on the reel circuit from Stan the man.

the reference from dynodon is all the photos and video we now have!!! :)
