"Enforcement will be accomplished by 'supranational litigation tribunals to which sovereign national courts are expected to defer.' According to the document, the globalist courts can conduct hearings with secret evidence."

"'... If you read, write, publish, think, listen, dance, sing or invent; if you farm or consume food; if you’re ill now or might one day be ill, the TPP has you in its crosshairs,' Assange added."

"On Moyers & Company, we discuss the TPP with two perceptive observers of the global economy, Naked Capitalism financial blogger Yves Smith and Center for Economic and Policy Research co-founder and economist Dean Baker."

"Instead, says Dean Baker, co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research, “This really is a deal that’s being negotiated by corporations for corporations and any benefit it provides to the bulk of the population of this country will be purely incidental.” Yves Smith, an investment banking expert who runs the Naked Capitalism blog adds: “There would be no reason to keep it so secret if it was in the interest of the public.”

"Public Citizen calls the TPP a “corporate power tool for the one percent.” According to a leaked draft agreement, the treaty would establish independent tribunals that would allow corporations to bypass member countries’ judicial systems to challenge domestic laws and regulations that interfere with their business."

"According to an analysis of the text by Public Citizen, “the tribunals would be staffed by private sector lawyers that rotate between acting as ‘judges’ and as advocates for the investors suing the governments” – a conflict of interest that would never stand in an American courtroom. The tribunals could order countries to pay monetary damages to foreign investors if they didn’t comply with the rulings. Fair trade activists call it a back door to deregulation."

"This is what proponents of these pacts overlook or ignore. They rely on idealized economic theories of trade to argue that signing more binding trade deals will lift all boats. And in a perfect world, those theories might hold true. But in reality, these deals are about corporate lobbyists getting their firms’ narrow, bottom-line interests codified into international trade law – the one area of international law that is readily enforceable."

So now you see that you don't live in a country anymore, but instead you live in a corporation.  It all falls under the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code).  There is no point in referring to this country as the United States of America when it is actually the United States Incorporated.  Everything now is based on commerce and there is no such thing as individual sovereignty.

So of course these "partnerships" are really nothing more than trade agreements and corporate mergers.  One might ask, who is the real Chairman and CEO sitting at the top of all these corporate subsidiaries.  If I had to guess, I would suspect it to be the head of some large banking firm.

If you really want to dig into the details, there's a book, "They Own it All, Including You".  It's a must read.

Something else to note:  You may have heard all the talk about Obama not being a natural born citizen and being ineligible to be President of the United States.  The thing is, he's actually just the President of the United States Incorporated which doesn't have any such birth right restrictions.  That's why all that talk was so quickly swept under the rug, because in this system we have now, it's a moot point.
