Hi Russ :) I have put the HHO cell under vacuum in my car ... the vacuum sucks all the time you can see in the bobbler! in this test I use 12v car power and about 15 amps and it has better output with vacuum !!!!!!!!!! the bobbes is going crazy hehehe! :)
