"In his latest article, London Observer writer Henry Porter denigrates American gun owners by calling us insane and requests the assistance of the United Nations to “disarm the irrational rustics.”..."

"...If Mr. Porter had it his way he’d deploy a United Nations force of armed military personnel to the United States for the sole purpose of disarming law abiding Americans.
What Mr. Porter apparently doesn’t understand is that the Second Amendment is the very backstop for people like him, who would violate the natural laws of self preservation and property rights by use of force."

Here is the original article:
http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2013/sep/21/american-gun-out-control-porter
"...But what if we no longer thought of this as just a problem for America and, instead, viewed it as an international humanitarian crisis – a quasi civil war, if you like, that calls for outside intervention? As citizens of the world, perhaps we should demand an end to the unimaginable suffering of victims and their families – the maiming and killing of children – just as America does in every new civil conflict around the globe..."

"...which underscores the fact that America is in a jam and that international pressure may be one way of reducing the slaughter over the next generation. This has reached the point where it has ceased to be a domestic issue. The world cannot stand idly by."

Now, on a side note... and this is really nit picky...
He did not, SPECIFICALLY, call for the UN to get involved.  However, there is no mistake when he states it would require "outside intervention". (Read... The United Nations.)

Nice huh.

It's the same everywhere I look--people completely unable to mind their own damn business.

What I find strange and somewhat bothersome is that people like those in that article aren't found in straitjackets floating down a river.  I figure it must just be the good folks recognizing these clowns as the loud mouthed propaganda agents they are.

Not the first time I've heard of something like this.  One can do a google search and find evidence of thousands of UN vehicles being stored unused around the USA.  Seems like the White House will be handing over the keys to the country some day...

I think they probably already did, at least on the books.  Now it's just the dancing act to convince the people this is all for the good (of the elite).

I can't believe the TTP yet, i think they test the water to see how the uproar to this is.
But if the dollar collapses and someone has signed the ttp already..then in the chaos they can get away with taking over....

Type into youtube "kill the dollar" and one sees some 6 items (the same about a government guy proclaiming it)

Look at the "keiser reports"  etc. etc. (youtube)

Its hitting worldwide, the illuminati want the whole planet.

I'm afraid they are going to succeed too.  We are just not as organized and persistent as they are.  And in that respect, maybe they deserve it, I don't know.  What I do know is the football analogy:  they came to play ball and we came to screw around.

Which team is more deserving of a victory?

I think they've already had the world once before.  They are just taking it back.   They already know what they are doing.

Knowledge is what keeps us behind.  If we had all the knowledge we needed we wouldn't even have to show up to play the game.

http://www.infowars.com/are-we-americans-afraid-to-take-our-licks/

"...The greatest injury our country has sustained has been self-imposed by giving in to fear that there might be a “terrorist attack.”...

... I challenge everyone to look up the odds of injury and death we face on actuarial tables. The risk from terrorism is minuscule compared with the risk of driving down the road.  Yet every year, Congress reaffirms and votes formally that we continue in a STATE OF EMERGENCY... As long as we are in a state of emergency, our civil liberties are virtually null and void.  Study This."

...We have made a terrible error by giving in to fear and allowing our beautiful American values be subordinated to the “safety” of a security state.

We once were truly exceptional by being “the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.”  It’s time to repent from being “cry babies,” to quit over defending ourselves and to take back our free and open society by ENDING the state of emergency.  YES WE CAN, we can, take our licks.  We can start taking our country back by formally ENDING the state of emergency.

This is one battle we can measure.  See how they squeal when we start along this path."
