Well I finally found the platinum wire I had lying around got it from broken temp probes off of frymaster fryers.
I'll try it in the next day or two to see how it does on hho production.

I had no idea that platinum was available in temp probes. :cool:

RTD temperature probes...  Still surprising to see an RTD in a fryer...
For what it is worth, platinum wire also used in hot wire anemometers, ie. automotive mass flow meters...

RTD temperature probes...  Still surprising to see an RTD in a fryer...
