Let's say you figured out and did the design as that other post indicates that someone did the machine which many components are not supposed to be off by a millimeter. Those kinds of designs will help the rich be richer and the poor still stuck sucking gas it seems.

A company to make it can and will be shut down as many have presented ideas before. Their is no one want to make free energy but multiple ways. Now if one did make a free energy design and it was complex which would need the help of million $ corporation to make and sell how far do you think it can go?

Maybe it is silly but I think a more simplistic design is needed to present to 3rd world countries and to the average person than can pick up parts at the local store. If you centralize it that a corporation is capable to do it or someone with skills and expensive tools then it will end up just like how the storage of hydrogen gas is not allowed to be made and sold and you have to find out how to make it yourself.

Give the info to as many in person then after a while present it online and after a certain time like a year when you feel enough people around the world know then present it.

If one person tells 1 person then its 2, then if those 2 tell another it is 4, and the 4 becomes 8, and so on. So for that to happen 10 times it would reach 1,000 people, 20 times it would reach 1 million, and within 30 times that is 1 billion people reached.

A one month oil transaction can make just for the middleman that gets 1% can reach $1 million a month, so imagine what a owner of the company makes in a month. If you were a CEO and a new competitors can close your doors you can within a blink of an eye stop it since they would be taking food off your table. Money tempts people and maybe they got the money or maybe not, and some have gone to prison for BS charges since they said no to selling the patent.

One has to think unconventional just like Tesla since people being conditioned to act by what they know wont help them figure out what no one else knows.

Point number 1, the answer is ANYTHING that actually works at this point.  Try to build something that uses common supplies and tools.  It has to work; it has to be repeatable and it has to be FULLY documented.

Point number 2.  Just do the best you can.  If you documented it well, test your documents by giving them to other people to replicate.  If they can do it, great.  If not, revise your document and test again.  Repeat until anyone you give the document to can build it and have it work properly.

All of this requires expediency.  People are being dumbed down at an incredible rate due to all the toxins in our environment.  You need to work fast and get the information out fast and be persistent, non-stop, push, push, push.  This is now a game of survival.  Winners take all; losers die.  If we are going to win this battle of energy, we need to quit talking about it and start building it.  You may have heard people say, "Life tends to get in the way."  Well, pretty darn soon, death is going to get in the way, so make your choices, stick too them and provide a solution or get the he11 out of the way.  I'm serious folks, if you can't see the trend, it may be too late for you already.  The rest of us will need to cut our losses and move on.  Hopefully someone with the drive and guts to overcome will takes us through these dark times coming our way.  Sorry to be so blunt, but it's just the way I see it.  Do what you can as though your life depends on it, because it does.
