First off sorry for metaphors but maybe it might spark an answer, question, or idea which might be applied.
So many seem to want to make a perpetual motion device and want the main drive of the device to jump right to it. Shouldn’t they start small for it to power the big? It’s making a one size fits all thing while going against inertia to fight the forces?
As many know more mass = more inertia = Harder to start/stop object. But Less mass = Less inertia = Easier to start/stop object. The starting is the hard part, which the starting should be done first. Not even a baby or child worries about how to pay the bills it grows first.
A ball at the top of the hill may have potential energy at the top, but it took effort to put it which many seem to ignore. Slow and steady wins the race, and people want to go on the fast lane where the rabbit is while blind folded.
Organisms help each other from the chain of life for the small helping the big and the big helping the small. If people never got help from anything smaller than them then they would not exist. Even things like aquaponics how the fish helps give nutrients to the plants, and the plants clean the water for the fish to be a complete cycle. How you have your cheap smart phone thanks to cheap labor and if unions made it you would be paying over 10 times what it’s worth now. Obviously some might say its not great example but its something to make you think about it.
More is not always more, but sometimes less is more. If a woman puts more makeup she will not look better, but a clown, so less is more functional.
The other thing is that each has to scratch each others back. Or giving back to community helps the community grow. To make a device to just take and not give back to the device is like a community taking and not giving back which if it applies to one why not another? It seems people are looking for the brute force way of doing things which causes a lot of “friction” in a way.
Also friction causes the loss of momentum when going up a hill and not gravity.
Despite giving back to a community, a community also needs some outside help to be self sustaining to sell goods. It works for them so why not a device to give back and get some small extra help to spiral up instead of taking to spiraling down to nothing? Even hunting season gets as much as they can, and then let the animals reproduce, before hutning again. If everyone just keeps hunting nonstop then their will be no more hunting eventually.
Maybe I made some sense or maybe not but it's something to think about.
That’s my opinion, which I could be wrong.
