Hello!:)

It's really nice to have found a forum that har active members with an interest in energy, and the use of imagination in conjuction with logic and actual testing of ideas.

I am in the process of making a coil with a core unlike anything i have seen so far, the shell of my coil will be made of aluminium and the iside of the toroid will be made of crystalized bismuth. the coil will be held together by a vacuume. i will wind the coil in conjunction with Randy Powells ideas. The ABHA wind will be used.

Heres an introductary video so that yall be able to put a face to my name.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qidXcZ2EQzU

I hope you guys will have enough time on your hands to answer and/or discuss my ideas in a way that will hopefully be benefitial to us all.

Peace and love- Casper Elias.

Check out chapter 3 : Motionless Pulsed Systems:

Hopefully you get your video back up soon...If youtube is cutting your videos I can host a video for you or anyone on my website on a blank page :)

I dont know what happened to the vid, doesent really matter, it was just me chatting about myself

Anyways, i have had very little spare time on my hands lately but here is a slight update.. I have got 50 mosfets, an arduinop mega, a bitmap lcd display and more importantly- my coil core! (or part of my coil core...) Al i am missing now are the pcb boards, opto isolators, a voltage regulator for the circuits, a bridge rectifier, 27 pounds of bismuth, six beefy diodes, and six banks of capasitors.

WOW! nice ! where did you get that form?? looks sweet!!!

also, please place your video link in the spot where it states here:

 "add the video link here"

in your first post. just click edit and then post your link where it states "add the video link here"

see it we can get it to work... that's strange

thanks!! ~Russ

the form is exactly what i wanted, i was a bit unshure of the dimensions, but i ordered it anyways. I got it from a guy in Australia, it's made for cutting out tight beds for car-turbos, intercoolers, intake manifolds etc. But i'm going to use it as a coil core. I'll go ahead and explain a little of what i am thinking...

Very cool Casper. So, how far away from the coil were you when the ball started to slow down in the last video?

Oh, that wasn't me! The guy that made that coil (and a bunch others) is called Jack Scholze. I posted it because that effect is something i want to re-create in an experiment... If i get something noteworthy (like distance drive) i think it will be a lot easier to get attention and raise public awareness about energy development

Here are some other videos with cool effects that include the use of aluminium:

OK, so I'm researching this Rodin coil stuff and enjoying Randy Powell's work, now.  So I did a search for reference to it on this site, and found this thread.  I was wondering what happened, if anything, to progress on this experiment?

Haven't heard anything on the last videos or other experimenting done on this Frank, but would be interesting to find out. Casper, the videos posted were still good information and please keep us posted as to your progress, thanks.:D:P

OK Back with an update! I bought a digital signal generator on ebay (attached video) and i am wondering if any of you guys could show me a schematic for connecting the generator to one of my IRFZ44N MOSFETS without risking back EMF: A quick reply would be much appreciated!
Generally speaking back EMF can be supressed by attaching a diode reverse biased parallel to the coil giving the BEMF, http://www.progeny.co.uk/Back-EMF-Suppression.aspx
Also, if you want to you can attach a dione on the FET aswell reverse biased between both gate-source and drain-source, just to prevent HV negative voltage spikes from destroying the FET.
Mind you, supressing the BEMF on the coil directly will take away whatever useful energy you can have from it, but on the other hand it will save you some on the transistors
