Some Q&A's from https://www.youtube.com/all_comments?v=iuT7LqMmixw :
r1997 @whyme2b - so you would state emphatically that your method has nothing to do with electrolytes or some other "preparation" of the water...it's "all in the electronics"?
whyme2b: It's explained in my eBook sir, but I will say that a small amount of electrolyte solution still needs to be used to get a real good mix of gases produced. And it has really noting to do with the electronics, thou using different frequencies may assist in the making of the gas. But as of right now, it's not important. The title of my book is exactly what your going to get...over 50 to 60% Current Reduction on power input. Thanks for watching.

Evan Baldwin - Almost looks like you're boiling water under Vacuum pressure whyme2b
whyme2b Your answer is close my friend, a little bit more involved to it thou. Thanks for watching.

The vacuum part sure loooks interesting, perhaps worth looking further into.
He's using some form of electrolyser in the process though, nothing new there.
Idk, I wouldn't spend $29.95 for it, however I wouldn't mind downloading it for free either.
Thanks for sharing!
